Road Runner and Wile are pretty adorable.

Wow, those Looney Tunes ones actually look good

By in United States,

BrickHeadz Road Runner really makes up for the horrible minifigure. And I much prefer the purple here! Wile E Coyote looks great too, but his minifigure didn't need any redemption, unlike Road Runner. Can't wait to get them! The rest look pretty awesome, as well.

The Road Runner is actually pretty good! The rest are execrable, especially the Demogorgon.

By in Hungary,

well, at least one of these look good!

By in Hungary,

The Roadrunner doesn't look too mich like a Brickheadz. I guess the character is not antropomorph enough.

Gravatar
By in United States,

wide-stance roadrunner is ready to do some power squats.

Have to agree with The stranger Things - I was really looking forward to the Demogorgon as I’ve seen some amazing ones, fan made with no stickers or print but a huge amount of teeth which looked brill compared to this one. Like the rest though ????

"Are those stickers on the Demogorgan!? Would be a first for Brickheadz if they are :("

Looking closely at the photo there is no sign of stickers ... so printed tiles, hopefully.

By in Greece,

I don t like eleven at all! The rest looks good!

Is that a new printed tile Eleven is holding, and is it supposed to be a cookie or a waffle?
@Brick_Clicker: 40348 had a sticker sheet with his greeting in different languages.

I learnt a new word, thanks!

But really? I like the Demogorgon, and think the mouth is five nicely.

Ahh yeah I forgot about those, would be a shame if they start introducing stickers widely in Brickheadz sets but I hope I'm proved wrong with this one!

By in United Kingdom,

That Road Runner is definitely my favourite Brickhead to date! I think the fact that his animated anatomy practically forces the deviation from the standard 'Brickheadz square' design really works in his favour; he looks VERY nice!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Road Runner & Wile E. Coyote are pretty good but
Demogorgon looks a bit too much like the back end of a certain tiger!

Gravatar
By in United States,

For Toy Story, I'd much prefer Buzz, Claw Aliens, and Forky. For Looney Tunes, Marvin and Duck Dodgers.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

And now we wait for a proper Sarlacc Pit set!!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Do we know when these will release?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Great new run, excited for the Toy Story ones.
Now if I could just get a Tina and Jacob to go with my Newt and Grindelwald...

Gravatar
By in United States,

It does seem weird that Woody has a lasso accessory

It's a waffle. She chows down on Eggo waffles throughout the series.

These all look great. I don't know why people complain about Brick Headz not looking perfectly like the source material since that's impossible except for Minecraft characters. :)

I'm definitely getting the two Toy Story sets. I'm hoping they make more. The Buzz Lightyear series on Disney+ should boost the marketability. I'm on the fence for the Looney Tunes set. It looks excellent though.

Is it just me or does BrickHeadz seem like it might be having a bit of a comeback this year? I know it's never entirely gone away or anything, but the past couple years have felt lighter on them than in their heyday of 2016/2017. This year seems to be already going strong with quite a few announced just a few days into the year!

I just wish more of the kinds of non-licensed original themes like I collect got them. Last year I was lucky to get the Ninjago Legacy three-pack and the Monkey King BrickHeadz, which I enjoyed greatly, but I certainly wouldn't mind BrickHeadz of more Ninjago or Monkie Kid characters, especially if they came with nice printed parts.

Ooh classic Lego themes! We've had Benny, I reckon we could have Redbeard or Commander Cold or... wait does Castle have any iconic characters? 2586 The Crazy Chess King?

@Lyichir:
A few years ago at Brickworld Michigan, I heard they were discounting Brickheadz at the LEGOLAND booth. When I got over there, they were discounting sets that wouldn’t release until the week after our event concluded, including stuff like Luke/Yoda and Nightmare Before Christmas. I asked one of the employees, and was told the entire theme was being cancelled. Clearly that didn’t end up happening, but it’s worth noting that anything that released around that time didn’t stick around long enough to listen to anyone explain what dust is. Since then, new sets have not been nearly as hard to find. I’ve walked into my local LEGO Store and seen both the Ninjago and Monkey King sets you mentioned on multiple occasions, so they weren’t super rare either. I think a lot of it just has to do with figuring out what will sell, what won’t, and when something’s too niche for the main retail line. Actually, I’m not sure the last time I spotted one at Meijer, Target, or Walmart.

By in Canada,

Looking excellent especially love the last two sets!

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

I for one actually adore the demogorgon! It looks suitably unsettling, I really like the double hands and ladder pieces for its freaky rib chest or whatever it is. I have no experience with any of the source material for these 3 sets by the way, except for the most basic knowledge from simple google browsing and reading comments.

King Leo, Basil the Batlord, Majisto, Cedric the Bull , had names.

Royal King also was in 2 sets.

And then a lot of castle factions with various figures that are different from eachother, especially Forestmen and Dragon Knight (big helmet) , or Wolfpack with cowl/eyepatch. (and more)

LEGO already did a ghost, but imagine a Brickheadz glow-in-the-dark Ghost.

Gravatar
By in United States,

The Demogorgon is kind of cool but they should’ve extended the teeth printing across the whole part and the legs should look a little different. In any case I already have the Funko Pop (one of few I own) and Brickheadz aren’t quite my cup of tea but I’m happy with more Stranger Things stuff nonetheless.

Gravatar
By in United States,

The Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote pair looks great, but I'm surprised they didn't make a Bugs Bunny or Daffy Duck first. My guess is it has something to do with the "Space Jam 2" toy licensing.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Like them all :)

Is that a new ladder/grille piece on the Demogorgons chest? Isn't the existing one shorter and have less rungs?

Gravatar
By in United States,

@Captain_M:
Nope. Two bricks tall, just like forever. It might be the 1x4 tile sitting below it that’s throwing you off?

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Very tempted to make Road Runner one of those rare Brickheadz purchases, together with the love birds.

Gravatar
By in United States,

How about they just get the Ahsoka one to us first before getting new ones out

@Padmewan:
Nope. Mostly she’s just wearing old-timey underwear. In TS4, she ditches the skirt, so she has “pants” that would probably be bloomers (hers don’t have the usual frilly bits, so they look like actual pants), and I think the top of her outfit may have remained unchanged. The pattern you’re looking at is probably quilted fabric.

Yes indeed, and a tiger's arse brooch.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Eleven wins the reward for "most unremarkable brickheadz." Good thing her monstrous companion is excellent, though.

Gravatar
By in Serbia,

Toy story looks great. The rest are hit and miss, especially roadrunner.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Road Runner/Coyote is going on my wish list I think.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Love these, but like every new foray into a new IP with BH, I feel both jazzed and somewhat like a guy who got stood up for a second date by a beautiful woman. Because that hope for anything beyond what I experienced that first time is gone.

We all know the likelihood of a more complete set of _______ Brickheadz is poor.

Fill in whatever you want in that blank.

Now the flip side…one could argue that this is LEGO. We are offered a few templates, and we’re smart…we can always add to these universes. So we got that goin for us, which is nice.
