Terrific - love Speed Champions!
Mario kart please
Personally, I would love to see cars like the Jaguar XJ220, McLaren F1 (the supercar from the 90s) or in more modern style cars the return of Porsche in Speed Champions with a 911 gen 992 GT3 ou Turbo S), a BMW M3 or M5 CS. But my favorite would be an Audi R8.
An indy car would be cool. Maybe a Lotus 56. Early 90's LMPs would also be nice; like the Mercedes C9 or Jaguar XJ-9.
I would love to see any Tesla car made in speed champions. Particularly the Model S
To be made in Speed Champions I would love to see the 90's Mclaren F1 designed by Gordon Murray, as well as the 60's Lamborghini Miura, the 00's Porsche 911 GT3 RS and the 50's Mercedes 300 SL Gullwing.
I would LOVE to see a DMC-12 delorean in speed champions
We would need SC versions of the following icons:
- Alfa Romeo 4C
- Audi R8
- Citroën 2CV
- DeLorean DMC-12 (I know we are already getting a Creator Expert version of it, but a smaller would be highly desirable as well)
- Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing
- Lamborghini Aventador
Personally I'd really love to see Lancia represented in Speed Champions - although I'm not sure quite how well they'd be able to represent the more complex shaping of the Stratos
I would love to see some sleeper cars. Mk.2 Golf GTI and a modern counterpart would be great. A 90’s BMW M5 would be great as well, and probably very wel suited to Lego. Aside from those, the Miura comes to mind. Jenson Interceptor would be interesting. And I’d like to see a pickup, though I’m not familiar enough with them to actually suggest a model.
I would love to see the Ferrari 250 GT California because I think it would be cool to get a convertible in the speed champions line up.
gt-40 in the new scale
1955 mercedes 300sl
57 chevy bel air
really, any older cars.
I’ve been a comment lurker for a couple years now but I had to register to comment on this thread!
I’d like to see more F1 licenses used. Let’s see a REDBULL set or now that they have the Maclaren technic let’s see that livery!
Being a NASCAR fan as well it’d be neat to see some actual NASCAR models too.
And I almost forgot the BIG ONE that was mentioned on the BTTF Delorean….MOVIE and TV cars! Give me the BTTF delorean at this scale, knight rider, ghostbusters, Fast and furious(not necessarily for me but for the younger crowd), the bandit, Dukes of Hazzard (without the Rebel flag), and I’m sure I’m missing some but that’s a whole potential line in itself.
Lancia Rally 037. I want this to go with the Quattro so badly, and the 8-wide would look so good.
Classic early F1 would be good like the Maserati 250F or Cooper T51

Good news is this is rumored for August…F&F and Aston Martin DB5.
It's actually a huge racing weekend if you're from the U.S.
IndyCar, IMSA, and all three of the top NASCAR series race this weekend plus WEC and Formula-1.
Although truth be told, I'm still a bit bitter with F1 after last season.
I'd like to see an NHRA funny car introduced to Speed Champions. IndyCar would be nice, but they might want to go for the speedway trim so as to try and differentiate it from F1 cars. A new NASCAR set based on the new car for the Cup series would be a good option. I think it would be interesting for them to look into producing DPi and LMDh/GTP cars from the IMSA series as well, although IMSA may not be popular enough for that to be considered.
I'd love to see a Dodge Viper produced. I'm totally blanking on what other traditional muscle/sports/supercars I'd love to see produced though.

"I'd love to see more rally cars made, given the sea of supercars and hypercars; don't get me wrong they're awesome looking models but I'd like to see a bit more variety. My picks of rally cars would be one of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo models and the early 90s Subaru Impreza WRX STi model as they're some of the most famous rally cars around and the most famous pair of rivals in the rallying world.
They won't be sold as a set though as it's two different car makers and two pack sets won't include cars from different makers but they should be on their own anyway. "
A 22b STI would be incredible. A dual pack with an Evo VI/VII would be ideal in my book.
While they may not exactly be "speed" champions, I would love to see a sub-theme of classic (non-racing) 4WD vehicles like the first generation Ford Bronco (MOC'ed it already), an old AMC CJ (Civilian Jeep), a Land Rover 110 or 90, and a Toyota Land Cruiser.
Woo hoo! I’m super stoked for F1’s return this weekend and I LOVE Speed Champions and CREATOR Expert vehicles, so this is great to hear!
I’d love more rally cars and stock cars in the line. And 1980s cars! The Countach has some much aesthetic value I could drown.
Any Alfa Romeo, please!
Jaguar E-Type
Porsche 959
Lancia Delta Integrale
Ferrari Testarossa
AC Cobra
Lamborghini Countach in red, Fairlady Z in grey and black/blue, Lancia Stratos Turbo in white, Porsche 935 Turbo in white and blue...
Starsky and Hutch car and a RedBull please!
1978 Aston Martin V8 Vantage in blue with a cream interior please. Or an early MGB GT (harder because curvier!)
A black 1980's Pontiac Firebird.
Herbie, from 1977 Herbie goes to Monte-Carlo please :)
I can’t believe I left out my favorite dream car of all time, the classic COBALT BLUE with White stripes and chrome 5 spoke wheels VIPER GTS!
and while we are at it make it a dual pack with a matching Shelby Cobra Daytona…
And while we are at it make it a triple pack and throw in a Shelby Cobra 427 s/c!
I’d love to have a classic trio pack with speed champion scale version of the beetle, Mini Cooper and fiat 500.
Or even the T1 or T2 camper.
I like a couple of the comments above:
- rally cars would be good, to go alongside the Audi Quattro
- NHRA funny cars - I think they look great
I's also like to see the Tyrell P34 F1 car (the 6-wheeler) and the Audi R10 Le Mans series (first diesel to win Le Mans 24h).
I would love to see an 8 wide attempt at the classic Mini Cooper S. The 6 wide was pretty good, but I think 8 wide could be a lot better.
I'd also like to see a TR6, the last proper sports car made by Triumph.
For F1, I'd like to see the Tyrrell P34 (6 wheeler) and a Lotus Type 49.
Finally, how about Donald Campbell's Bluebird K7 (who says a Speed Champion needs wheels?). Maybe a Creator Expert version too.
I want a Speed Champions set of a Honda Element and a Subaru Outback.

This would be pretty cool, maybe a subtheme "Offroad Champions" they already have the Wrangler and Defender in the Technic theme, not too much of a jump to think they could get the CJ75 or LR90! Especially something like a dual pack of the CJ75 plus the Trailcat or maybe the Gladiator. They could do an old school VW Baja Buggy, a Toyota FJ would be cool too.
Comedy option: the next polybag should be a full sized Peel P50.
Please no Delorean. It's a line for real supercars and not ugly pieces of crap that drive like lawn mowers.
BMW E30 M3 is a must, same with a Ferrari Testarossa. A Mclaren F1 would be cool, although a tough design with Lego. More race cars in general, or maybe even race bikes
More Japanese cars and I would be very happy. Nissan Skyline GT-R (any from R32 to R34, although it would be amazing to see the KPGC110 too), Mazda RX-7 & RX-8, Toyota Celica & MR2, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution & GTO, Honda NSX (both the old and the new) & Integra, Subaru Impreza, Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak...
And I think it would be very interesting to try something new: Kei Cars! Like the Honda Beat and the S660, Mazda/Autozam AZ-1, Suzuki Capuccino and the Fronte Coupé, Subaru 360... It would be fun to have one of them accompanying one of these brand's sports cars!

I'd be happy with a minifig scaled version as long as it would include a Jeremy Clarkson minifig. And the BBC office....

That would be so cool! Especially the AZ-1!
I would love to see the Plymouth Roadrunner be made into a set.
Too many to pick from...
Lancia Delta Integrale
Rover 6R4
Porsche 917
Morgan Plus 4 (those curves will give someone a nightmare! :-) )
Jaguar E would be a great addition :-)
Reliant Regal Supervan 'Trotters Independent Trading Co.'
Double car Set - Land Rover 90/110 with a trailer for a Jag E-Type
Double car Set - Range Rover Sport SVR and Jaguar XE SV Project 8
Jag XJ220
Lancia Stratos WRC (or any Group B rally cars)
90's rally battle - Subaru Impreza WRC + Mitsubushi Evo WRC
Rimac Nevera (Concept 2)
My suggestion is that the Speed Champions team takes a page of Star Wars book and relaunch previous models, with the advancements in parts and building techniques that meanwhile have been appearing.
Case in point: the Ferrari F40. The 6-wide scale really doesn't do it justice, and a modern, 8-wide version would surely look superb.
There's a lot I'd love to see in SC form
- Murray McLaren F1.
- 90s Mitsubishi Lancers and Subaru Imprezas
- Alfa 4c
- Lotus Elise, any generation
- Older British sports cars like the Jensen Healy
- Nissan Skyline GT-Rs
- Honda NSX, maybe 2-pack with the original and the 2017 second generation one
- An 8 wide Mercedes-AMG GT
- McLaren 720(s)
- Spyker C8 or C12
I’d actually really like a redo of the Dodge Demon with all of the new improvements.
Dodge Viper,
Mclaren F1
Rally colours Subaru Impreza would be amazing
Would love to see MK1 rally prepared ford escort, Lancia Stratos or AC Cobra
Would love to see either a BMW 2002 or a BMW E30 M3 in speed champions.
Carroll Shelby's 427 Cobra!!!
Bentley GT3 racer. Specifically the blancpain

Yes! Let's petition LEGO to make this happen. You don't happen to have a popular YouTube channel, do you?
Another vote for some more rally cars: Stratos, RS200, Metro 6R4 - or anything else as suggested already.
Land speed record cars.
And whilst not "Speed", a line of "family champions" with a bunch of hatchbacks.
A white 1960 Chevy Corvette C1 convertible complete with a classic space astronaut in driver seat.
Herbie from the Love Bug, and I'd love a Chevy Silverado, but Herbie is more iconic. Maybe a two pack, with Herbie and Giselle?
There are so many cars I would like to see the list could go on forever, but here's a bunch:
BMW - M3
Citroen - 2CV - C4 WRC
Dodge - Viper
Ford - Escort Cosworth - Escort MKII - GT40 - RS200
Honda - Civic - NSX - S2000
Lancia - 037 - Delta Integrale - Stratos
Lotus - 7 - Esprit
Mazda - RX7
McLaren - F1 (road car)
Mitsubishi - Lancer EvoVI
Nissan - Skyline GT-R R32 / R34
Opel - Ascona B 400 - Manta 400
Pagani - Zonda - Huayra
Peugeot - 205 T16 Evo - 405 T16 Pikes Peak
Porsche - 911 (various generations and versions) - 917
Renault - 5 Turbo
Subaru - Impreza WRC 1997-2000
Toyota - Corolla AE86
Volkswagen - Beetle - Golf
Classic F1 race cars and Group C
I would also love to see a remake of the Mini Cooper in the larger scale as a single-pack, just barely fitting 2 figs while being smaller than the regular 8-wide.
My least favorite race is…
Drome Racers. They’re canonically not driven by Minifigures!
Anything from the original Gran Turismo game - loved playing that back in the day, and would love to have brick forms of the cars they had. As an example:
Honda NSX
Aston Martin DB7
Dodge Viper
Mazda RX-7
Mitsubishi Lancer EVO
Nissan Skyline GT-R
Subaru IMPREZA WRX STi
TVR Cerbera
2023 Nissan Z
1973 Mercedes 300SL
Locomotive 131 as modified by Dr. Emmett Brown (Okay, not exactly Speed Champions, but I want the Back to the Future train!)

The train DID go fast, though!
+1 for more classic rally cars. Lancia Delta Integrale and Subaru Impreza.
Edit: Also, Bond's submarine Lotus Esprit. Not sure if it could transform at that scale.
Renault 4
Fiat Panda (the proper one)
Nissan Micra (2nd shape)
Lada/ Fiat/ Polski Fiat
No? Didn't think so.
All supercars by my definition.

I think you forgot those:
Chevrolet/Daewoo Matiz
Daihatsu Midget II
Lada 1200 / Niva / Samara
Renault Twingo III / Twizzy
Ssanyong Tivoli
Yugo 45
Subaru Impreza WRC
And maybe some remakes in the new scale:
Porsche 911
Ford Mustang

Ideally in both factory and BTTF versions. :)
I'd like a pair of Pontiac Trans Ams, '77 with full "firechicken" hood (Smokey and the Bandit) and '82 in black with choice of regular or Knight Rider KITT nose and dash. Or pair Bandit with a police cruiser and KITT with two-tone KARR...
Probably not, but it could be made with interchangeable wheel-well and rear-end sections and the parts to build the car either way... then you need either a motorcycle with sidecar missile or a Bell JetRanger chopper, and I don't see either fitting well with SC. (Though there's already a JR, modeled after the LongRanger II variant, in the LEGO Jurassic World game that would make a good start for designing it...)
Not all exactly "Speed" Champions, and must pretty unlikely, but who cares?
Citroën SM
Alfa Romeo SZ or Montreal
Toyota 2000GT
Mazda Cosmo
UAZ 452 Bukhanka
Just a bunch of bosozoku cars....
Mercedes-Benz "Blue wonder" race transporter
DAF Turbo Twin II (Dakar '87)
Nissan Skyline KPGC-10
Lamborghini Espada
Buick GNX
Nissan S-cargo
Vandenbrink Carver
Pagani Zonda
Aston Martin Lagonda
Alpine A310
Tatra 603
Dodge Tomahawk
Colani Truck
Fiat Multipla
But hey, let's start with a Testarossa to keep my Countach company!

rumors, dodge charger 1970 in next wave and other cars from fast and furious
There are so many classic/vintage cars that should be added!
I suppose to start I would advocate for a 1950s 'cigar shape' red racing car with the open air intake at the front. I don't follow car racing so I'm sure there's others here who will know specific makes and models.
Furthermore, a really cool set would be a complete 1930s race track with cars like the Mercedes W25 Silver Arrow, 'The Monopoly Car' whatever that 1930s race car type is called. They could do some wooden grandstands, old fashioned cameras, movie cameras with reels (maybe a 1940s news van with the camera on top) and a 1930s/40s pick up truck either as a tow truck or to tow one of the racing cars.
Some 1930s roadsters would be cool and I definitely think we should get a 1928 Bentley Six Litre (I can't find the exact specifications, the British racing green one with the Union Jack).
Jaguar SS 100 1935 would be a good roadster.
Some 1950s and 1960s cars would also be cool. In general I'd like to see Speed Champions move away from exclusively racing and just make realistic models of regular cars (both modern and old).
Some other vehicles like trucks, utes, vans and buses would also be cool. Maybe even some emergency vehicles like a 1955 Buick Century police car, 1940s Wolsely police car, 1940s Austin ambulance, 1950s AEC fire engine, 1920s seagrave fire engine etc. etc.
These could be released individually, as a pack (eg Austin ambulance and AEC fire engine for example), or in a double pack with a modern counterpart, like the 1920s seagrave fire engine and one of those 1990s American fire engines. There's also that 1950s-1970s style American fire engine, like Red in Cars movie.
Maybe they could do a subtheme called Speed Champions: Legends or Nostalgia or something like that and make all the famous and important cars such as the 1909 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost, Model T Ford, Bentley 6 litre, 1936 Topolino, Citroen 2CV, 1920s Austin London taxi, Citroen Traction Avant, 1953 London Taxi, Chevrolet Bel Air 1955, VW Beetle, Citroen DS (all of these would be minifig scale, and are merely examples. There are plenty of famous cars I haven't mentioned but should be included)
Most of all I'd really like to see some Australian cars! The FJ Holden is synonymous with Australia, and I'd be very interested to see how Lego captured it's many curves. The EH Holden and EK Holden are other examples. FE Holden would be a nice 'regular' car. Aussie Aussie Aussie!
@GraemeMJ Any Alfa Romeo? How about my favourite roadster, a 1937 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900A Spyder in two toned dark blue and light blue (as seen in Agatha Christie's Poirot, the Adventure of the Italian nobleman)? A very curvaceous car and therefore an interesting challenge for Lego!
I'd love to see them do a McLaren F1 (perhaps in a two-pack with a McLaren Formula 1 car?) and a WRC Subaru Impreza.
Alpine A310
Venturi Atlantic
Mazda 78-7B would be amazing. Or other group 1 cars of the time.
Mercedes bens CLK LM car
Maybe a Rimac Nevera to go with the Lotus Evija from this year, plus more classic muscle and some 90s stuff would be amazing
The Speed Champions theme has become my favorite over the last few years. Lego puts out great products but there are just too many nice sets that cost a lot of money. Speed Champions have helped me keep doing what I love (building models) at good prices and availability.
They're easy to display and show to younger members of my family and let them play with and if something breaks, I show them how to put it back together.
These sets are always available at Target or Walmart for $20 or so. I most recently finished the yellow Supra and it is super sharp looking. I did get the McLaren F1, but I sold the big Technic Porsche 911 rally car to pay for most of it. The Lotus will be next.
All that said, it makes me think I need to start a spreadsheet for listing and collecting purposes.
We need the TG trio and their favorite cars. And the Stig. With something he crashed. I think that would be a successful SC lineup.
Ferrari f2002
Ferrari Testarossa
McLaren MP4
any Duesenberg
Ferrari 250 GT Lusso
Ferrari 250 California (a la Ferris Bueller)
1930 Willy's Coupe
Herbie
1983 GMC Van - two tone dark grey/black with red angled stripe and a spoiler
Nash Metropolitan
Shelby 427 Cobra
1982 Pontiac Trans Am (Black with flashing red light bar in the hood)
Rolls Royce Phantom II
Rolls Royce Silver Dawn
Mazda Miata
Ford Model A
Tesla Roadster

Lego need to produce the McLaren F1 in the Creator Expert range. That would complement the F40 and Porsche 911 really well.
