Is Zavvi reliable now (UK)? I was having problems with them during the end of 2021. They had taken the money but would not send the item, even a month+ later, multiple other people were having similar issues
If they're back on track now though, that Hogwarts castle looks mega tempting
I thoroughly recommend avoiding Zavvi- Last year I have them three chances and every time there was an issue with the order.
Their customer service is terrible, take days to get back to you if at all and often reply with obviously incorrect information.
Just please don’t do it to yourself!
I've ordered multiple things from Zavi and only one took a while, given that it had to cross an ocean during Covid, I was impressed. In fact, grateful, as it was the only way to get a 501st Battlepack into the country !
They ranged from an R2D2, to the UCS gunship, to a Battlepack.
Never had a problem, maybe I've been lucky ?

You've been lucky.
Wow, that is not very impressive!
In Canada, their prices are so ridiculously inflated that even with a 20%-30% rebate, their prices are still significantly more expensive than directly from Lego.com except for one or two exceptions. Given their reputation, I'll give it a miss.
I'd personally 100% recommend them. I've ordered from them about 6-7 times and find them great value and each item except the last one was delivered w/in 2 weeks, including high-priced sets. The last item (Statue of Liberty) took about 6 weeks but when I reached out to customer service (after two emails letting me know about delays) they responded w/in a day and then to my response in another day so no qualms there. I'm definitely picking up a couple of sets from this sales batch.
I've ordered approximately 12 sets from Zavvi over the past two years. Always have arrived in a timely manner and packed well. No issues whatsoever.
I have made 3 orders of about 10 sets with them. They've all eventually arrived at my doorstep. Sometimes it takes a while, like 2 weeks. But they are eventually there.

Maybe - but 8 times lucky is ok with me. Amazon's packing on the other hand... now that's dodgy as.
I just ordered the D11 yesterday and got a bonus $30.00 off for spending more then $300 so an $80.00 discount. I also order the McLaren on release day and had it quicker then Lego shipping.
I order a lot from them and right now I usually get the order within 7 days to the US. Nov-Jan shipping was rough but most of that was due to the DHL meltdown at their US hub DHL had totally come unglued and could not move anything in a timely manner. Now shipping to the US is with FedEx and once they receive it 3-4 days later I have it. I have only had one out of the last 10 or so orders that had substantial damage to it. I highly recommend them.
And another thing I like about Zavvi, here in the US many times sets release a month or two after Europe but can get them shipped here as soon as they release in Europe, including 2 blue Fiats.
Zaavi makes great pancakes.
Delivery or LEGO however is suspect.
I can't believe these clowns are even a sponsor.
My Lego order arrived this morning only 5 days after I ordered it from Zavvi in the UK. No problems, it was my first order with Zavvi and having read the negative comments above I was rather concerned about it, but thankfully all was OK. I feel sorry for those who have not had the experience that I had.
