Great, more angry parts. But at least this one stops after 4M.
4 meters is enormous!
I’ve always wondered what the “M” is short for. Obviously it equals one stud thickness, but what’s the abbreviation?

It stands for "modules", I think.
@WesterBricks:
Conventional wisdom says it stands for “module”, but I’m pretty sure the hidden secret meaning is actually “minifig”, as in “the thickness of a”.
"End Stop?" That seems redundant.

Not necessarily, there are axles with a mid-stop. Part 4120471 for example, is a 5.5L axle with a stop that is 1M from the end.
If I remember correctly the original version of this part was 7 or 8m long and first appeared in'06 as a part of a piston system on the legs of larger BIONICLE figures to help support their upper body weight. Remained a staple of Titan figures for the rest of the franchise's run.
Too bad it's colour locked. Black ones would be so useful.
Cross Sentence 5W With Full Stop.
End-stopped lines.
How poetic.
That one piece that you can never remove once inserted.

Just be glad that it isn't locked to pink or orange or something like that ;-)

Took me awhile to understand this. No one in my region ever uses "cross" that way.
@R1_Drift:
It’s fallen out of use, sure, but anyone from the Silent Generation has probably used it, so any of their Baby Boomer or Gen X kids probably heard it at some point.
