It may be a case of Bricklink-Nomenclature-Brainrot, but I find it a bit weird to have this a "Plate w/ Arch." A curved wedge plate, maybe. Maybe a modified plate w/circular cutout. But arch just makes it sound vertical where as a plate it should be horizontal.
Not that I've actually looked up how Bricklink categorises this...
It's either a boomerang, a B2 stealth bomber... or both at the same time!

Maybe someone got carried away in the data entry and meant to just say "arc". On the other hand, put it on its side and you have half an arch.
In one of the first sets with this part : 72002 : Twinfector the set has 4 of this part vertical like an arch, so the name might be from that.
These plates can’t serve in the military because of their fallen arches.
Four of these and you can say someone fell into a sinkhole in LEGO City.
Just can't get enough of these.
Clearly the correct name is 'Plate 4X4, W/ Bite'.
