Here we see 'Plate 1X1, W/ 3.2 Shaft And 1.5 Hole'
Or, the 'Nipple tile', as it is more commonly known.

I prefer to call it a wavy flame base, but to each their own; you’d REALLY have to squeeze to get that kind of result. Maybe I’ve said too much.

No no no!
It’s a feathered quill holder!
@MeisterDad:
Usually the nippled caps on water bottles are injection molded, much like this part.
You're all wrong, its a holder for Friends accessories! (Actually this piece has so many uses that limiting it to just one is reductive; we should just describe it by what it looks like. So, nipple tile.)
One of the best pieces created recently..
I think it’s disgusting the nipple tile is known as a nipple tile! As the description says, it has a shaft with a hole in the top, so obviously it would be more accurate to call it a penis tile!
Obviously, someone is going to call out my sarcasm, and I’ll wait for PurpleDave to explain the history of penis tiles to me.
So many nipple jokes…
This piece is so funnel!!

Um.:….24445?
Very cool piece, with a lot of uses, upside down building in 31130: Sunken Treasure Mission makes it a more complex build then a picture would show.
And on their own , they work as Vehicle control sticks, flame holders, drink bottle toppers, ink wells etc.
Yes, lots of use with this piece. Love this piece. Indispensable and versatile.
I love this part. It’s one if the best new space parts to come out in a long time.

My work here is done. Look upon this thread, ye mortals, and despair.
Like this part for stud inversion (not quite sure if that's what it's called in proper AFOL language). You take two of 31570 (nipple tile) and use it with 35480 (plate round 1x2 with open studs). In fact, this works with any 'open stud' part.

I was in Teamnipple, but your description makes me see the error of my ways; it is a penis tile.

It may seem that way - unless you call part 35480 the sucker plate!
Tsk, tsk, tsk...such "Freudian" responses to something that's an air-hockey paddle...or something that goes on top of condiment dispensers...:D
@brick_r:
Something that would go on top of a condiment dispenser? You mean like a cap…with a nipple?
Always great seeing people have fun in the comments XD
Very versatile part, and nice that an extra part is provided with (almost) every set.
AKA "stamp"
