Up to 161 of them already! Thought there'd be more, really.

Good for hardwood floors, but I liked the old one with a knot.

That is an amazingly realistic carving. You’d almost think it’s molded from plastic.

Lego really can't settle on a standard wood plank print. They can for control panels, but not for wood.

@Norikins:
It really is frustrating. They’ve got stickers and prints, too, which further complicates things, as I believe a different team of people handle stickers (certainly stickers often have a different style to their print). Base color of plastic, color of print, line thickness, line structure, whether or not there are knots, presence/size/color/layout of nail heads, if they include a bent nail as a joke, and length of plank are all variables that can affect how hard it will be to find a nice group of wood planks for a given project. I actually prefer the clear stickers in this regard because I now have absolute control over both base color and length of plank, as I can pick my color of tile, and I can cut stickers if absolutely necessary to make something fit.

@TheOtherMike:
Hand-carved out of a lump of gold is no less impressive!

A 2-by-4 plank that’s actually a 1x4 tile. It’s brickception!

Todays new colour 335 is gold ink! Could start a new comment page on random colour of the day?

Time enough, I think, for a piece of wood.

After this weeks' news, this part reminds me of the Atari 2600.
