Pneumatics are simply the best.
Edit: just looked at the set this came in… this piece deserves to die.
What "connects" this piece to the previous two? It looks like a Technic/Bionicle "tail end."
That’s some orifice.
I want to see it used on a Technic based starship. It might look cool in micro scale.
@Quinnly: In a fire?
Pump it up, until you can feel it
Pump it up, when you don't really need it
Smile!
*Snaps*
Looks like it'd be on the back-end of the Batmobile...
@brick_r:
From yesterday, Tim Burton in no way inspired Tim Drake’s costume with Batman Forever. Burton’s first Batman film came out in 1989, the year Tim Drake debuted as a character. The following year, he donned the original Robin costume, and by 1991 he had his first miniseries with the new costume. 1992 saw Burton’s second and final Bat-flick (Batman Returns), and Joel Schumacher was hired to Adam West the franchise into near-oblivion with Batman Forever (1995) and Batman & Robin (1997). The dark-green costume was designed by Neal Adams, and the “R” logo by Norm Breyfogle. By the time Schumacher started violating the franchise, Drake (and his costume) had proven very popular with fans (the 90’s comic boom was crashing, but Robin consistently boosted sales when he appeared in a title), so it’s far more likely that O’Donnell’s costume was based on Drake’s.
@PurpleDave : Whoops, my bad...it was "Batman Returns"...yes I know: No 'Robin', but there was 'in the beginning', and he was suppose to be played by Marlon Wayans. Burton cut Marlon from said movie; but the costume had been made/built...and redone to fit O'Donnell in "B.F.", produced by Burton. The DC produced book "Batman: Knight Gallery" actually gave a really good rundown of both Batman and Robin costume 'evolutions' on the "big screen" of that era/error(:D) showcasing the various bat-artists (of the/on the project) and their "takes" on said costumes.
Oh, as for said costume:

Pictured is the base 'launching point' for 90's Robin, by altering the "Grown-Up Robin" costume (adding more green on the legs, adding black to the back of the cape, stylizing the 'R'...)
Is this what Saturday’s RPotD came out of?
Felt sure it was more likely to be part of the Majestic Tiger than a Fire Engine!
