Kind of surprising this was only used in a single set, and a Creator 3-in-1 at that. Makes you wonder if they had other plans with this piece that for some reason didn't make it.

They used a printed version of it in the Ferrari F40
I came across this piece in an article comparing it to the Back to the Future windscreen. Crazy expensive on bricklink and according to my rebrickable inventory it seems I have a couple from buying some bulk lots of LEGO. Now if I could remember where they are....

This part is ESSENTIAL if you want to do a windscreen with a side angle of 54 degrees.
Personally I think it would look great in a train MOC of a transparent hopper car. You’d need a second one, though. That might get expensive.
Yeah, I don’t think I can make that work for a minifig-scaled car.
If this thing came in trans Yellow, now that would be something...

This would be an interesting panel if it was available in opaque colours.
@jkb: Oh, yes. I love getting parts that are usually trans colors in opaque colors. Or vice versa.

Glad I bought some of these at Bricks and Pieces online at the time. Very useful piece. There should be of this type of windscreen in various sizes.
There is also a larger WINDSCREEN 1X14X6 part 6369024 which only appears in 10300 , but smaller versions would be cool for speed champions etc.
