They have single, double and triple but no quadruple?
Very handy little part. Helps to secure things in a small space.

Not quite the same thing, but I've found just adding a technic pin to part 15100 comes in handy when two technic pins are needed at a right angle.
According to designer Olav Krøigaard, this part is known as the "Monster element" because it was first used in a Monster Fighters set.
