Apparently this has nothing to do with Scrooge McDuck, but is supposed to be Slytherin’s locket.

207, a very good year.

@PurpleDave I can see the snake on it. I don’t think even Scrooge was wealthy enough to mint his own coinage, but I’m no DuckTales lore expert.

I know I will be dead long before you read this but I want you to know that it was I who discovered your secret. I have stolen the real Horcrux and intend to destroy it as soon as I can. I face death in the hope that when you meet your match you will be mortal once more.

(and yes, I had to look this up. I couldn't get it right from memory!)

@MeisterDad:
Well, the "S" is on a jewel, so it could be just about anything. Cufflink, brooch, bolo tie (eh, probably not), signet ring, paperweight, etc.

Can’t get more random than that! I like it!

Trying to think which of the other horcruxes has been made into an actual physical piece. Pretty sure we’ve had the diary at some point, Nagini has had a couple representations, the diadem has only ever been printed on a minifig, don’t think the ring or cup have ever made appearances…

It's a fake. So Dumbledore died for nothing.

For a moment I thought this 100179 was a microscale 10179.

One of the other horcruxes has been represented by actual physical pieces more than 60 times.... If memory serves, it was the last one standing in the books. ;)

There’s that one kid with the funny scar on his forehead.

Yes, Tom Riddle’s diary has actually had two versions. The better one came with the Moaning Myrtle CMF 71028-14, but both 4730 and 4731 had a version way back in 2002! The locket and diadem have both been depicted, but only in print form that I’m aware of. Both the minifig and chocolate frog tile of Rowena Ravenclaw have her diadem printed on her head, for instance. Salazar Slytherin’s locket is likewise printed on his minifig and chocolate frog card, in addition to this tile. Helga Hufflepuff’s cup does not appear on her chocolate frog card, but they did give her minifig an unprinted pearl-gold goblet to hold in 71043 (you get three in the set, so clearly someone touched it). I’m not aware of any depiction of the ring. Nagini first appeared in 71022-9, but has also been depicted in Brickheadz form. And of course there have been so many versions of that one kid that you’d think he’s trying to be Batman.
