Friends Advent Calendar - Day 5

We finally saw a festive-coloured build with yesterday's......spinning game? We'll stay away from the dark turn the commenters speculated on yesterday. The red and green colour scheme of the build will start giving the surroundings a festive feel. Hopefully this will be the start of a Christmas-coloured building stretch.
Or maybe not, though this hobby horse is definitely very cute. There's not really a festive feel to this build. I do like the colour choice, and I love the rainbow tile. There's one in the spares as well, so that's a nice little bonus for the day.
It's clear that this isn't made for a minidoll, so perhaps we'll see a microdoll soon.

It's definitely ... unusual. But the rainbow tiles are cool.
I thought it was a pinata? I suppose the panel indicates it's rideable, but those colors man!

Piñata was the first guess in our house too
Actually, I think it way be intended for either. The stud indicates a microdoll, but microdolls wouldn't need the foot plate. A minidoll would need to rest their but on the base of the tail, but I think it'd work.

The last couple of year, the Friends advent calendar has been my favourite, but this year I am not really feeling it.
My guess is that it is supposed to be representative of 40644 which was unveiled today.
Pride Pony is silly and cool. Sub out that purple jumper and it's ready for a minifig.
The coloration makes me think this is supposed to be a llama. I’m assuming that’s from Fortnite?

It just looks strange to me.
