City Advent Calendar - Day 6

Billy has been busy with getting some toys, playing music and writing letters. He must be getting a bit lonely, though, so I think it's time he had some company. Perhaps we'll find it in today's build.
Billy finally has some company! Today we meet Tippy Dorman, Tippy has quite the job, since he's the self-proclaimed Doorman of the City. Rumour has it that he has a reason to self-proclaim being a doorman, as he may have a more nefarious past.
Tippy's torso, epaulettes and head are all new to this set, which is great to see. His torso has some lovely accents, and I love all the gold detailing on his jacket and vest.
The detailing continues on the back. Tippy comes with a cookie with sprinkles (I think it looks like a sugar cookie), so while he may take his job seriously, clearly he can be distracted with a good cookie. I can't say as I blame him - the cookie looks great!

An absolutely beautiful fig. I loved the epaulets as a kid, so it's great to see them in a modern color.

The Highlit of this year's City AC. The only City Bellhop to this date afaik.

60200 Capital City has another dark red one, though without epaulets, or a cookie. 10297 Boutique Hotel has a couple green bellhops, but without even hats.
Oh, this is the good stuff.
Great inclusion! He's too good a character to not at least get one minifig.

Now, this is a good minifig. I'm going to have to pick this up in a sale.

You know, I bet the next minifigure will introduce a new bell pepper element to go over the head.
Tippy Dorman is a doorman. During Hands Off Day, he became the self-proclaimed Doorman of the City. He was also formerly a criminal known as the Master Criminal.
Trivia
Tippy has been obsessed with doors since kindergarten.
According to writers, Tippy is in his 30s.
He served as the main antagonist of the first season.
He was called a "cuckoo crazy nutty pants" by his kindergarten teacher, his first grade teacher, second grade teacher, and so on.
In "Poppy Starr", Tippy gets stuck behind glass doors. This contradicts the revelation in "JAILBREAK!" that he can open any doors.

An excellent minifigure with plenty of potential. My yougest son LOVES it!
Very nice minifig. Unfortunately i got something else behind my door 6, something that doesnt really make any sense to me. I think it may be a birdhouse, but i spent some time trying to figure out how it could go together and im just not seeing it.
@sjr60: I didn't see the "Sgt." part at first and thought you were referring to the character from Lego Island. I was like, "That doesn't look at all like Pepper!" then realized what you'd said.
