Last day for Tribute to LEGO House

LEGO's Black Friday offers continue today, and if you're in the UK or Europe it's the last day in which to secure a copy of the excellent 40563 Tribute to LEGO House. Unfortunately stocks have already been depleted in the USA and Canada.

Ditto, reasonable offers, then matched or beaten by various others. I too bought my items VIP weekend for a triple GWP and Double points. Items and points arrived in time to use on Black Friday, but I just got a Pirate ship voucher..... no order placed. I got an Optimus from Argos, who were better than the Lego.com Discount.
Salty about the discount digital vouchers "selling out".
Has anyone contacted customer service about it? I don't want to put negativity onto a random CSR, but I want to communicate how poorly it was handled somehow.
Agreed, Black Friday was fine, but VIP weekend was the main attraction. Maybe I'm forgetting, but other than the availability of the Eiffel Tower, wasn't Black Friday simply VIP weekend minus the 2x points?
Glad I made my order at that time--10306 Atari 2600 + $45 coupon + 2x VIP + 2x GWP was a legit deal.

Mostly, although there were many more sets on sale Black Friday weekend.
