I had no idea what this piece was till I clicked through to see the sets it's in: it might have been clearer if the image were any colour other than white.
Even so, I don't think I have one, though this would appear to feature in every mech made for a fig in the past seven years.
Interesting how it has been used in things other than Mechs. Glad parts like this get diversified in use by Lego themselves.

70901 was released in 2017, and didn’t use this.
Looking at the thumbnail image, I'm not realizing this is just a System version of one of the old HERO Factory weapon bases from like Savage Planet era.
I'd forgotten that 76195 used one of these. Like @Miyakan said, it's always great to see the different uses Lego's designers find for a piece.

“Decoration” is an interesting way of describing a chest plate…
It makes okay shoulder armor for the Crystal King. Would've liked some crystals jutting out the end though.
