Ok, instead of making a joke, I'll just emphasize one thing.
"Reduced knobs"
I mean, I guess I get it, but they could have at least said studs, or something less take-out-of-context-y.
@Randomness: I've been calling them studs since long before the term started being used for 1x1 round plates. I call those "dot plates." Either definition works for the following joke: You know you're an AFOL if you hear someone called a "stud" and think they're short and round.
Super Mario really is kind of popular.
Just don’t press the big, shiny, red button.
@PurpleDave: don't look now, but i'm about to defy you... (presses the big, shiny, red button)
Yeah..."circle."
Appears in 79 sets, 77 which are Super Mario related, quite obvious what theme this was designed for.
Are the knobs ?? studs shorter or is the reduction in the number of studs there are, ie partly studded partly smooth?
289,703? That’s a lot. (For a part that is newish, at least in my mind)
Is there any way to include more details about the part in the article itself? For example, years produced or of sets it’s included in? I come across odd parts like this which I haven’t seen before & question whether they might be new/old or perhaps more common than I think. More information is available if you click on the part number, could the bot include more in the article?
@M1J0E:
If the parts were being pulled from Bricklink’s catalog, that might be possible. However, these are automatically generated from Brickset’s part catalog, which pulls data directly from the LEGO servers. The original form of this feature did include a date of first production, but a single shape may have at least three molds (opaque parts, transparent parts, and parts that get a chrome or ink treatment), with each mold being treated by TLG as different part designs. If a part goes out of production long enough, they may retire the mold, and bring it back with a new part number. If they determine there are flaws in the part design, they may change the shape (like the click hinge), or change the material (like the cheese wedge), which results in new design and element numbers being assigned. So most of the early articles in this feature resulted in lots of discussion about how much earlier that shape was introduced than the article claimed.

I think it includes just about the right amount of info as it is. If things like sets that included the part were included, it could make a very bloated article for parts that are used in a lot of sets, especially when all the additional info is just a click away anyway.

Only 76 are Mario related. City Main square, Raya Palace, and a Spiderman set are the others.

True, only looked at it briefly so missed that one ( should look at the filters next time :) )
Also , looking at it again, there's certainly a difference between "occurences" and "appears in sets"
Reason is probably because a set like 71380: Master Your Adventure contains multiple colors of the part.

Even so, not sure how brickset gets their "79 occurences" , Bricklink has 47 products (including 8 different Mario Series 5)
Neither includes 2023 product parts yet.
"
79 would be the total number of this part. A number of the sets have it multiple times.

Actually, jus went and counted. An occurrence is when it is in a set in a colour. So a set with 3 in LBG is one occurrence, but a set with 1 green, 1 blue, and 1 red is three occurrences.
In total, this is used 141 times over the 47 products listed.
