Today's random minifigure is frnd336 Friends Zack - Dark Red Cropped Trousers Large Pockets, Red and White Striped Shirt, Pirate Tricorne Hat, White Plume, a Friends figure that came in a set that was released during 2019.
Our members collectively own a total of 1,367 of them. If you'd like to buy one you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $3.60.

"Zack, Zack, he's a Lego Maniac..." So I'm looking at the figure, thinking, "When did Friends do a pirate set?" Then I look at the one set it's been in, and I think, "Oh, that makes sense."
It's times like these I realize how spoiled we've been with hair-hat combos.
All I can think of is Reinhold's character from Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

I'm about two minidolls late with this observation, but I thought this was Random FIG of the Day--this is a minidoll!
Grading on a scale of "how much do I want to steal this hair/hatpiece for my minifigs," this is a pretty good minidoll.

There was also a microdoll. Given how fast the things breed, it’s surprising they haven’t shown up more often. Anyways, that’s just a basic black tricorne, most recently appearing in 60342.
My daughter has this, great set, but I don't. So technically still have none of the featured minifigs :'-(.

I never thought I'd see a Wiggles-related comment on Brickset. I haven't heard / thought about them since my brothers and sisters stopped watching that show nearly 20 years ago. Wow... I'm getting old.

A basic black tricorne it is, but I would never say "just"--they're peak LEGO design, useful on nearly any Pirate fig (and some in other themes) and go with anything.

@MeisterDad: I'm a forty-two year old single male who's been buying Friends sets since they first came out, so I'm with @NotProfessorWhymzi . Although part of the reason I bought my first Friends set, 3933, was that it had the old tool wheel in purple. But then, I was hooked, and there was no turning back.
