I don't know how this guy thinks ties work, but I don't think the narrow part is supposed to show from under the collar.

@Randomness:
I think that’s supposed to be epaulettes, but in a world where nothing can be printed on the shoulders of the torso.

Got 'im...and it's funny: he looks 'generic' enough, you'd think he'd in more sets...

Man just looks like he's got the most Midwestern of accents.

Don’t give him a frown and rub off both ends of his moustache. Worst mistake of my life.

It's Sam Grizzled before he even became a character.

@GBP_Chris: Hmm, for some reason I'm hearing 'Minnasodan' or 'Massachusian' :)

@MeisterDad: So...you made Charlie Chaplin, or...oh no...OH NO:D

@DoonsterBuildsLego: So 'Sam Pre-Grizzled'..."Sam Un-Grizzled"...

Whoever he is he’s clearly voiced by Nick Offerman

He would have been in the old days when there was only one face print for minifigures. But it seems that Lego no longer likes to use the same minifigure in multiple sets, so they'd use a different face print if they wanted to have the same police uniform in other sets.

You know there's doughnut crumbs in that sweet 'stache.

Helmet seems out of place for that uniform. And can't close the visor, mustache too bushy.

On the bright side, he might just be played by J.K. Simmons, and demand pictures of Spider-Man. On the other side, he might be played by Taika Waititi, although that's not necessarily a bright side. That movie got dark.

Son, you clearly know what this man is about. And he's about breakfast-meats and home-made furniture.

I imagine there's a special cut-out so that that magnificent moustache isn't obsctructed, much like that of legendary master ninja, Dan McNinja:

Anyone else like this LEGO guy? The drawn-on chisel lines, that mustache, the cop outfit… if only he wasn’t a small plastic figure.

Not really the outfit I’d pick for a motorcycle cop…

Nah. That's Joel Murray, reprising Don Carlton from Monsters University.
