It goes perfectly with the last part. I mean, sure it doesn't match up exactly, but it still fits a bit.
This is one of those silly little pieces that brings me way more joy than its reasonable
I’ve currently got a set of four of these in red forming the bulk of a tiny UFO for Marvin the Martian. I’m not super happy with it, though, so part of me keeps wanting to scrap it (except for the goofy 50’s-sci-fi laser) and start over.
Yesterday was a arch 3x3x2...
Today is a 5x5x1 arch...
Tomorrow should be the mythical 7x7x2/3... right?
@Murdoch17:
Shouldn't that be 7x7x1/2? Or 7x7x0, which explains why we've never seen it!

"Goofy '50-sci-fi laser? I guess you mean the space modulator? And if you did scrap it, would there be an Earth-shattering kaboom?
@TheOtherMike:
None of the design is based on any source material. I'd made a Superbugs and a Green Loontern, and I needed _something_ to oppose them on layouts. It's something I whipped up in just a few minutes. The weapon is mounted on a double or triple hinged arm extending out of the bottom of the saucer section. It's longer than a minifig is tall, and has a giant bulb at the back end. The sheer size of it, and the way it's mounted like it popped out of a tiny hatch, is very much the sort of thing Marvin would have in his arsenal, but I don't recall using any reference material in its design.
Said it yesterday, but it applies here too: I kind of badly need an inverted version of this for a skate park I'm building, but it doesn't exist.
Also, to answer the questions from yesterday: It would need a concave inversion, and the big blue NBA court version is too big (and too blue) for what I'd need.
This piece reminds me of the sidewalk curb dips at intersections, so wheelchairs can use them. It's not a perfect rendition but who needs a curved speedbump?
CurvY.
This will always look like some sort of sofa to me. I don’t know why, I don’t think it’s ever even been used as a sofa. It just is
While a lot of RPotD need a bit of thinking to remember what set you've got them in, nothing is more in your face VW Beetle than this one. 8 of these and the other parts are incidental!
