It was in the pool.

Oh man I love this piece. Along with the other ones that connect to it, I've used it in so many of my MOCs (they tend to be big robots with great articulation and not much else). Though, would the click joint version be better than the ball one? I think so, though it trades increased strength for less rotation.

There’s a clutch power joke here, but I won’t make it.

It's greatest use is in what I think is the greatest trio of creator sets ever 31058, 77940, and 77941.

In most cases I'd make a joke about the name of the part of the day but in this case no: I wouldn't touch it with a 10M axle.

And now it is not. I look forward to seeing how it is used in 71786 (Probably just the tail.)

It's a wonderful piece sent from the people behind Brickset.

@Randomness:
I bought at least seven copies of that set. I kept one stock, beefed up one, beefed up another and gave it an alternate head, made one that’s at least big as the other two combined (I have to tripod it with an outstretched arm or it falls over), built a ton of modular arms and hands and splats, and then ended up buying the last two because I saw them on clearance. It’s my favorite TLBM set, and the first one I built. It was also one of the four sets they approved for early release because store shelves were so bare leading up to Christmas.

I think the first set I got with this part was Brain's mech from Power Miners. I've been in love with it ever since!
