For I second I thought that was a Scout uniform.
A Boy/Girl Scout uniform, specifically, not like a Sailor Scout uniform. Wouldn't that be a weird theme?
I own the set that this comes in, but have no recollection of getting it. Long live Toys R Us.
@Randomness: Now I want a magical girl theme, or at least a magical girl CMF. Wouldn't be the first anime-themed CMF they've done...

Do we then trick LEGO into including PMMM in the series? There's more to the joke, but I'm getting ahead of myself.
@Randomness: Funny, I thought the same on the 'Scout'-thing...also thought I had that set, but nope, two sets on either side of it...oh well...
Relatedly: Wish TRU (those that remain) would bring back fig-packs for 'Bricktober'...or ay least more/better polybags...
At first I thought with the COL designation it was a collectable minifig, but then I read City and Jungle in the title so I thought it was City…and finally I reconciled the two as being a Bricktober pak. I must need more rest.
Also are those shoulder straps for a backpack, or is she airdropping to the site via parachute?
None of her components are anywhere close to unique, so she’s not much of a Collectable Minifigure. In fact, the only part in the “Exclusive” TRU Bricktober minifigure collection in which she comes is the mechanic’s torso. That and the packaging give tge set all of its value.
It was a cool city theme with the big cats and machetes.
@brick_r:
The loss of TRU in the US and elsewhere has likely had an impact on what they can get away with requesting for Bricktober promotions. Being nowhere near a TRU these days, I am fine with that, as I don’t want to be chasing minifig boxes I might want multiples of. The last one I was able to buy direct, I got at least five each of the CMF recolor box and the TLBM box, because that year it seemed like they overstocked them all. Once the weekly promotions ran out, you could just buy the surplus.

I don't know what clearly defines 'magical girl theme', I'm usually picturing something along the lines of 'must be an all-girl squad, each member must have individual superpowers, each member must have a dual identity, bring your own colour-coded uniform and sparkly transformation', is that about right?
We've had the Power Puff Girls, but they're always 'on' (so no secret identity or sparkly transformations). We've got Ninjago and Nexo Knights, but those aren't all-girl squads. We had the OG Friends, but they didn't have superpowers (unless they were EXTREMELY GOOD at keeping their superpowers hidden even from us).
I dunno, I think this could actually work. I know some women who thought Sailor Moon and She-Ra were extremely empowering. Plus - well, maybe we can get a Steven Universe-theme out of this (but Steven isn't a magical girl! Or IS he? Stay tuned!), in which case, I'm genuinely and unironically here for it.

Another rule— it needs to have “cousins” ;)
@Ridgeheart:
You forgot Elves and DC Super Hero Girls.
@PurpleDave: While you're not completely wrong about the loss of TRUs in the US (still exist here in Canada, and US folks can "thank" Mitt Romney...can also "thank" him for Kay-Bee toys loss as well...); and it's a shame that TLG can't find a new partner in the US to do 'Bricktober' (probably Target)...I'm also thinking/wondering if CMFs kinda made these sets semi-obsolete, I mean; within the first week of a new CMF series, I know at least one store in town will have them, the 'BT' fig-packs were centric to TRUs which aren't always accessible (closest one to me is about an hour down the road, in the neighboring city)...then again: last year half the 'BT' sets (coin-op 'rideables') got added to the VIP program, it's how I got the 'Dragon Warrior/Rider' set that I wanted.

Ooh, a Steven Universe theme. That wouldn't be too far-fetched, since they did some Adventure Time sets (not enough, really, and the non-Dimensions one was Disappointing), and those are both close enough, at least in my mind, that it could be.
Yeah, I'd be all for that.
