If that’s a stone, then I’m Dwayne “the rock” Johnson
Anyway, most recent set I got this piece in: 71786 Zane’s ice dragon creature
It's not a small part, and also not rare, yet it's almost always quite well hidden inside builds.
1 1/3 Stone (brick) with 2 2x2 plates is quite a literal name too :)
Ubiquitous. And it was in yesterday's set of the day too!
One of my favorite parts ever. The little step up is a delight!

It's a structural powerhouse. Usually found in the core of a build because it's so good at providing a strong connection between two parts of an object.
And the word 'stone' in Germanic and Old English languages is closely related to 'stein', which is the translation to German for 'Lego brick' (Legostein). I don't know much about Danish but it wouldn't surprise me that it's the word used here to describe the brick, as Danish is a descendent of northern Germanic languages.
@Rare_White_Ape:
I think we've noted instances where non-Danish/non-English words have slipped into the part names from time to time. Danish is the native language where the company is located, and the first language of most of their employees. English is the official language of the company. However, they do hire from other nations, and this has resulted in employees who speak a wide array of other tongues as their first languages. Since these names are rarely, if ever, intended for the public to use, it's not as big a deal if someone who creates a new part slips a word from their native language into the name.
Has anyone actually used one of these in a MOC? I'm not saying it's not a useful part, I've just never had any need to use this piece or pieces similar to it. (there was a good use for it in the new Indiana Jones Pilatus P2, but I removed it in the process of making the aircraft a two seater)
This part didn't come off no stone.
If you combine this with 73562 you get the old bracket 4732.
Have a ton of these but never really use them in my own builds.
