So +30,000 were bought separately and registered here.

I happen to have both sets that come with this Scout Trooper, they’re also the most recent Star Wars sets I’ve gotten too. Not really a Star Wars collector but The Mandalorian reignited my interest in the franchise

This figure is great. I have a very special fondness for the Scout trooper. My first ever Star wars set was 7128 Speeder Bikes, back in 2000. the special fondness of them led me to joining the 501st Legion as a Scout Trooper. and after going through the process, I can say that this version of the helmet is VERY accurate, looks almost exactly like a shrunk down real one!

But I do miss the original a bit. The early Star Wars Lego had quite a charm to them, and though much less accurate, so much more perfect.

Also, in hindsight, the scout troopers have more black content than a regular TK, so they feel a bit more Blacktron.

I prefer SW0505, which has black legs with white printing, and better demonstrates how much less armor they wear compared to regular Stormtroopers.

"And this is my "Ewok Tracking Badge", and my "Speeder Bike Safety Badge", and my...": Imperial "Scout" Trooper:)

Seriously: Favorite. Imperial. DESIGN!!! First time I saw preview images of one (aaaaand the speeder bike) my eyes shot WIDE-OPEN. Form AND function, even better than the Snowtroopers; but still along the same lines...and I even loved how 'West End Games' adapted Scouts into the Imperial Aqua/SeaTrooper in their TTRPG, by adding a breathing hoses to the helmet's "mask/muzzle" and black...swimfins...hmm...maybe I should make/brew some of 'em too:)

It appears that this fig is also in the following sets (with different heads under the helmet):

75353
75332
75238

True but marking one of those sets wouldn't count for owning this minifig.
So it doesn't change the fact that +30,000 of the minifigs were manually marked as owned, instead of tagging when a set is marked.

Yeah I own both of these sets this guy comes in. I really do like the new scout trooper design.

Well now I really want tomorrow’s RMotD to be an IG droid, really complete the scene

Really don’t like the all black arms on these fellas, although the figure looks great otherwise. In the movies they have white armored patches on the arms and the all black looks really off to me.

No your absolutely right. It is a surprisingly large number of separate figs registered.

By in Switzerland,

I think scout troopers are about the only minifigs that actually need dual moulded legs and arms. I thought the new speeder bike set might have it, but nope.

I actually built that Advent Calendar last week. Good little Speeder bike for him too.

Wasn't a scout trooper recently revealed to be in a magazine gift? Great timing!

(Although the head is probably different)

It's in the sidebar, but there's no inventory yet. The armor all looks the same, but we won't know if the head matches until it gets an inventory. Currently, Bricklink doesn't even have the set listed, so we aren't likely to know before this comment section closes.
