That foosball table was such a disappointment it's more like a foolsball table.
Fun fact: this figure shares her hair and head with riri Williams/ironheart from 76214: black panther: war on the water
I cared about foosball a lot more before I found out you're not allowed to spin the bars. Playing it that way would be almost as interminable as watching a soccer game.
Wait why does the afro have a dent in it? Hit with a soccer ball perhaps?

Ooof! It's called a "part", champ
This set is a cool Minifigure parts pack but not worth the price and excess of unnecessary building pieces.

i've managed to find most of them on the online PAB.
I must still have Across the Spider-Verse on the mind because I’m getting strong Jess Drew vibes from this one

Wait, what?! I've never NOT played a game of foosball where that wasn't allowed. It's part of the game!

Difficult to follow you there. Three negatives is your sentence must mean that you are against spinning?
Once you play for a bit, you will understand that you can actually get a lot more force- and precision- without spinning. May the Force be with you, padawan. ;)

The Flash Kick is one of the few things I enjoy about soccer, or as we call it in Europe, "le soccre", since it overlaps with my deep and abiding love for fighting-games.
Which is also why I found it so very frustrating to discover that Dutch Women's League superstar Lineth Berenstein isn't actually related to 'King of Fighters'-endboss, Rugal Bernstein. Although I suppose it does explain why she didn't use the Genocide Cutter in her match against the US even though I really, really, really would have liked her to.
what's with brickset and the hate of REAL football? The version invented here in America is so boring.

Only Americans play that sport. Plus, it's overblown by a major degree. A few million dollars for thirty or sixty seconds of ad placement in the Super Bowl is ridiculous! Most people watch it for the ads and halftime show, than the actual game. That's why.
EDIT: Oh. wait. I thought you were talking about hating on American football. I need to read better, as I misunderstood.
Carry on!

I think you greatly underestimate the number of people that actually care about the sport and watch it for the game. Super Bowl ads are so expensive because so many people watch the game because they care about the game.

Could not agree more.

This does not automatically make flop-ball not-boring.
