Today's random minifigure is cty0468 Tank Top with Surfer Silhouette, Blue Legs, Blue Short Bill Cap, Life Jacket Center Buckle, Silver Sunglasses, a Town figure that came in one set, 60058 SUV with Watercraft, released during 2014.
Our members collectively own a total of 6,120 of them. If you'd like to buy one you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $8.30.

Let's hope he knows how to use the boat ramp properly, and doesn't drive the SUV in up to the doors.
Making Yellowfigs with yellow parts and accessories is unfailingly cursed. The Coast Guard ones in particular look like they’ve had some extensive and unconventional tattooing done.

These lifejackets were useless for non minidolls. So ugly on minifigs. Glad they got a new mold
He's been partially decapitated, you can even see white bone on his neck between his yellow chest and head. That's some graphic brutality for ages as young as 5.

The head bone is connected to the, torso bone.
The torso bone is connected to the, arm bone.
The arm bone is connected to the, hand bone.

...the song is so much shorter when talking about mini-figures versus humans... For mini-dolls it's even shorter!
I utterly despise Life jackets. I had no use for the many old ones I had, and this... had that HORRIBLE gap because the head was raised up.
Worst. Designed. Part.
I find it odd that I immediately was able to recognize that figure. Loved that shirt piece, and that head was one of my favorites.
I prefer the old style life jackets, but I am surprised to hear how many people have negative things to say about them. Kinda like in real life...
He looks more like he has a couch potato silhouette than a surfer one.
That's a hell of a scowl he's got going on with his angry eyebrows. We sure this guy's the good guy?

These aren't the old style life jackets. Check out Town sets circa 1997 for the old style life jackets. I like those real old life jackets, not these ones.
