Official details are scant although unfortunately pictures of the sets in question have leaked, so we already know what they are. We won't spoil the surprise, though, and I thank you for not doing so in the comments.

Expect a full reveal later this week.

Another gift with purchase for April has been revealed by a Taiwanese certified store.

40529 Children's Amusement Park will be available at LEGO.com from the 15th to the 30th of April with an as yet unknown spend threshold.

Some sites are reporting that it's being released to celebrate Children's day, but as far as I can tell the official UN event takes place on 20th November, so clearly that's not the case. Maybe it's signalling the release of a new fairground ride this year.

New LEGO Campus Architecture set being given to employees

Today is the grand opening of the People House part of the LEGO Campus in Billund, and employees there are being gifted an Architecture model of it.

Several have tweeted pictures of the 1,494-piece set 4000038 LEGO Campus, including designers James May and George Gilliatt, and another one has sent us this picture of it without a thumb in front of it.

It's the 9th Architecture-style model of a LEGO factory or campus (filed under LEGO Internal in the database) but the first to actually be branded Architecture. They are notoriously difficult to get hold of if you've not been given one, so expect this rather nice one to command ridiculous prices on the secondary market in the coming weeks.

I think it might also be the first non-18+ set to be in an 18+ style box.

The post has now been removed from LEGO's Instagram page which suggests that someone pressed the publish button a little early ahead of Mario day tomorrow (Mar 10 -- get it?). Luckily Jay over at Jay's Brick Blog saved the images before they were deleted.

Several other characters that will be debuting later in the year were also revealed: head on over to Jay's Brick Blog to see them all, and view a picture of 71408 Princess Peach's Castle after the break.
