This is greatest set according to value to money - I bought it new for 1EUR and it consists 85 parts total (5 spares). Generally this is very nice set that can be build for approx.15 minutes. The only thing that isn't great in the construction are the wings - if you push them for more than 90 degrees they are detaching from the main part. Apart from that the Batwing is very good looking and has been driven from Batman!

Box and Instructions

Well this set does not come in box but in bag.When you open it you get pieces and one big instruction sheet.The sheet is bigger than other old polybags.Let us move to pieces. :)

Pieces

So in this set you get 80+ pcs.They are wery small.There are also 2 Nexo Knights shields in black.

Build

So the final build is cute.It has nice colours like black, red, transparent yellow.There are some nice curves in the build and lot of those spike pcs (on the wings).Set has only one small feature and that is: you can set wings position.Really LEGO??? I mean you could done some great action features, but hey you have design plans.I have to point that I really like that the build has Bat-shaped look.I like that.

Overall

I like this set, but lack of action in the set is bad for me.I mean this is polybag, so it needs to be small so I do not know. :) In my local LEGO Store, this set was SOLD OUT for one week.I was waiting 1 week to get my hands on this little friend. :)

We bought 6 of these polybag sets from the Legoland Discovery Center in Boston for $3.99 each for Christmas stocking stuffers. Of course, I had to keep one to build for myself! It's a great value of 80 pcs at an above average of $0.05/pc. Good mini rendition of the Bat Wing with good details. The wings also are movable, not a feature you normally see in a polybag mini version.

Set #30524 The Mini Batwing: In January this Polybag was given away free with qualifying purchases to promote The LEGO Batman Movie, and it’s a very impressive little set. Once again we’ll discuss pros and cons before moving on to final thoughts and recommendations.

Pros:

• Excellent price-per-piece ratio.

• Impressive design for a model in this size range capturing the likeness of the Batwing quite accurately and even featuring moveable wings for alternate display options.

• Great desk toy and fun to play with.

Cons:

• Difficult to locate any cons honestly, this set isn’t perfect, but it’s very impressive and was a great freebie.

Overall opinion

You can’t do wrong with a set like this, it’s a very nice representation in micro-scale of the Batwing from the Movie. I strongly recommend this for everybody, the parts can be extremely useful too.
