    ok set, good for parts

Written by (AFOL) in United States,

I bought this set mostly for the parts, and I'm happy with the value from that angle.

The wind-up motor to spin the wheel is kind of lame.

The red flames are useful with 2 90 degree joiners ('Technic Angle Connector #6' 32014) - together the 2 "v"s make good "legs" for a mindstorms NXT controller. They put the controller at a nice angle for viewing the screen.

The wheels/tires and body parts of the car are useful for building robots, as are the parts that make the "slammer" and the parts that make the base for the wheel.
