Most recent set I got this piece in: 17101: Boost Creative Toolbox
Actually had to dig out my boost pieces recently to motorize the beach amusement park!

Tacho Motor? Is that like a Tachometer but it makes the dial spin all on it's own?

"Hello, this is President Business, president of the Octan Corp. and the world. Let's all take extra special care to follow the instructions (or you'll be put to sleep) ...and don't forget Tacho Tuesday is coming up! It's a day where every rule-following citizen gets a free Tacho and my love!"

The "tacho" is "a traditional boiled meal of Portugal." The interwebs are a wonderful thing.

I am guessing since this is a new motor for Powered Up/whatever the latest iteration of Mindstorms is, there is, in fact, a tachometer/speed/RPM sensor in this thing.
