Most recent set I got this piece in was 10497 Galaxy Explorer. Again those who don’t have it you need to get it now if you like it. It retires in a month.

My most recent set with this part is 71460 Mr Oz's Spacebus. Another amazing set that I would 100% recommend. Although nothing beats that Galaxy Explorer!
the most recent set i got this piece in: 60209 and the most recent set i want with this piece: 75250
Egg carton
Extremely useful piece.
Anyone else remember when this was only available in dark bluish gray?
I got a few of these with the world LEGO printed on the smooth side. No idea what I'll ever use them for, but figured it was worth grabbing them while they're available.

Micro scale factory or nuclear power plant.
Sorry I’m late! Need to readjust to timezones!

It kinda looks like a castle. You know, 4 walls, 4 towers.

Pepperidge Farm remembers. (and I do too)
@Lemerbrix06:
That was three weeks ago, though.

Yes. I have the first set with this piece, 9448 Samurai X Mech
I was VERY happy with the introduction of this part, and was over the moon when it came out in black.
@PurpleDave: Yeah, I grabbed one of those on PaB when I saw it, too. I didn't find out until much later that it came from 21323.
@ElephantKnight: Trying to claim said moon for Blacktron, no doubt.

They said readjust to time zones, not to daylight savings. Sounds like maybe they’ve moved

Like it was yesterday. I absolutely love my 9448 Samurai Mech and actually got it on release. That set was full of new parts, including the new brackets and inverted brackets. The whole system would eventually start to revolve around those, but back in 2012 it was all mindblowing!
Got 14 of these in 4 colors from 3 sets. And got tons of inverted tiles in different shapes, sizes and thicknesses from a single Cobi set. Lego is a bit late to the party with these....

Got back from vacation, actually

Especially a sand castle at the beach.
For some reason, the image for this piece in pink (or light purple, if you prefer the official colour names) shows the part flat side facing up. All the other colours show practically identical images to today's, with the studded side facing up instead. The fact that only one single colour shows it the other way up puzzles me.

I was looking at the printed versions of this inverted tile and in October 2012 3920 The Hobbit an unexpected journey releasing several of these in brick yellow.
@Lemerbrix06:
My next guess, based on @Brickalili’s observation, would have been visiting family in another state for Thanksgiving.
@ThatBionicleGuy:
That happens periodically, but it’s usually parts that are rotated around the vertical axis.

Yup! That’s what happened

@Binnekamp : I got my copy of 9448 because of the pieces, but those; I thought train cowcatchers as shoulder armor was just really NPU.
