Today's random minifigure is min077 Kai, a Minecraft figure that came in one set, 21160 The Illager Raid, released during 2020.
Our members collectively own a total of 2,536 of them. If you'd like to buy one you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $4.70.

Well, the resolution is pretty bad. He looks like he jumped out of an Atari 2600, which couldn't really handle the symbols on Ninjago torsos.
This is one of the rare minifigs that can be considered to be from more than one theme.
I love this minifigure! I wish more came out of Ninjago x Minecraft, maybe a Wu with a villager's hat
I don't collect Minecraft sets, and I remember searching for a Kai figure in civilian clothes for a project, and I was completely shocked to learn that Kai had popped up in a different Lego theme. I thought that was nifty.
It's a shame we didn't really get more of these. So many LEGO Minecraft figures are completely custom characters, so getting some proper LEGO crossover rep with people like Kai was cool. A Johnny Thunder or Tahu one would be awesome!

Those are some thick, unkempt eyebrows. It can't be his brown hair as it's the same color black as his pupils.
