I guess I have this guy, but I don't remember him. What I do remember is scrambling to get two copies of that set before it retired, and both copies had bulging boxes due to that monster prefab wall in the center section, and the prefab helicopter base. They just didn't fit nicely in the box together.
Do they still make that clone trooper head? LEGO used it for so long its become iconic in my eyes
Angry clone!

https://brickset.com/minifigs/sh0685 is still available with 76178!
I quite like that torso.
Woooow...I thought the Arkham outta the Joker sequel looked weird...
Oddly enough, YT channel 'Ashnflash' leaked a new Arkham modular. He's also hoping that it does well enough to get more DC modulars (and I'll add, hopefully. a little less Batman).
A Gotham City prison guard? This guy is DC’s answer to a Star Trek redshirt.
I wish I had this set so I could recreate Joker 2 with it
Ooo, I do like that torso, too. I want to get this minfigure.

^ This guy's pretty solid, for an Arkham guard. He even (mostly) survived an entanglement with Killer Croc, and didn't even turn to piracy and child endangerment afterwards.

That's why they have to use clones.

They needed jobs after the Empire canned 'em.
That Arkham Asylum doesn’t even have proper walls, no wonder Joker keeps escaping! Our guy here has every right to be angry when that’s the lack of security he’s dealing with
I knew that torso looked familiar.
Looks like that 60245 had a non-fleshie version of the torso a year later--and that minifig was ran as RMOTD on Oct. 31.

I hope that watch tower has a ladder, oh wait, it doesn’t. How he’s supposed to leave the watch tower?
