Today's random minifigure is trn250 Train Passenger - Female, White and Green Sweatshirt with Zipper, Tan Legs, Reddish Brown Hair with Ponytail, Freckles, a Town figure that came in one set, 60197 Passenger Train, released during 2018.
Our members collectively own a total of 14,353 of them. If you'd like to buy one you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $2.10.

Here is a prime example Lego’s poor color matching. Just look at how off those pants are compared to that shirt.
