I wish Lego would do original Space themes again.

Best they can do is one expensive revamped ‘80s set per year

Lego never fails to disappoint with alien head moulds.

Why the wide face?

I have a might need to see this guy animated to the "Big Gorilla" meme

By in Switzerland,

He’s the one who should have been driving the 40789!

By in United Kingdom,

It looks exactly like the sort of animatronic muppet you’d get from practical alien effects in a film. Tell me you can’t see that jaw flapping around speaking some guttural consonants

By in Canada,

Loving this... because... 'Space' what else? ;-)

By in Turkey,

I have the smaller set 7049, with this minifigure. I try to get my hands on these alien minifigures so that there may be some variety in my space port. I'll try to build species specific sapceships as best as I can, we'll see (I failed miserably untill now...).

By in Germany,

My brother and I used to call this guy "perch face" (Barschgesicht). LEGO Alien Conquest was one of the GOAT.

By in Latvia,

I always felt that Alien Conquest sets did not include enough minifigures in each set. Still, it is a fun theme.

Think Robin Hood Bricks has a fair few of these guys ??

Such an awesome reference. One of the best games of all time (the original for me XCOM: UFO Defense that came out in the 90s).

That wasn't a standalone theme, though. That was a bunch of short-lived subthemes.

That's for him to know and you to find out, poozer.

@greenhorn said:"He’s the one who should have been driving the 40789!"

No, he's driving the car that sideswipes them, and he doesn't even stop to apologize. Darn Sunday drivers...
