Friends Advent Calendar - Day 4
Posted by MeganL,The scene is starting to be set with yesterday's sofa - at least some of the Friends will have someplace to sit, and the living room has some furnishings in addition to all the sleeping bags that will be on the floor. I expect we'll find some more furnishings behind today's door.
Well, close? Today's builds include a book (reading and storytelling are great sleepover activities!) and what I think is a perfume bottle on a side table. That's a rather interesting choice, though I do like that an extra green jewel is included as a spare.
The scene is slowly being set, though there still isn't much for the Friends to do, and still not much in the way of festive builds (but at least the table is red?).

Nice book.
Nice bottle of poison.
Two observations, at this juncture.
1. Between this, the City and the Disney calendars, there's an awful lot of red furniture. It's starting to get unsettling. Maybe we've arrived too late and Dreadflipper's already made his way through?
2. After last year's Marvel calendar (which was actually the indoor-furniture calendar, guest-starring several MCU characters), I really feel like Lego needs a moratorium on tables in these things, at least for a couple of years while we recover.

Next year a advent calendar of only tables? Got it

I walked straight into that, as if it was an *actual* table. Well done, sir. Respect.

Also known as "Potion of Expedited Problem-solving", or "Solution Solution".

Why don't you plan the builds out for them? Maybe organise it using a spreadsheet.
Or a table.
I don't think that's a table. Tables don't usually have seatbacks, like their more chairical cousins.
Is that a glow lamp?

If the MC calendar also has potions, someone will be having a very unique Christmas.
Ah yes, the phylactery of one of Dreadflipper's lich minions. The lich's bedtime spellbook is a nice inclusion too
