Friends Advent Calendar - Day 22

Posted by ,

Christmas is almost upon us, as evidenced by the addition of a tree to the scene yesterday. I'm ready for more Christmas cheer. With just three days to go, that means we must have festive builds for those days, right? Right?

Well, depending on your definition of festive, this might fit the bill. Today we have an accessory table, which fits well with the red and pink colour scheme that we saw in the furniture earlier in the calendar. This would be perfect for the Friends to play dress-up.

I continue to have questions. There are four accessories - and five Friends at the party. Does this mean that poor Leo gets left out again, having been relegated to baking and making hot chocolate? Are the accessories really for the pets? In that case, who is going to be brave enough to put something on Churro's head? I don't know many brave enough to try to dress a cat.

Not horrible. I could see this as a fun play feature.

I have another question. Couldn't they have just used a normal 2x4 plate?

I see post-melt snowmen (snowman & snow woman?).

They could, but that would have been sane.

Just checked the inventory, and 2x3 and 1x2 plates are in other days' builds, but there aren't any 2x4s. I think there's a limitation on how many unique elements can go in a given Lego set, so there's your explanation.
