Minecraft Advent Calendar - Day 19

Posted by ,

Yesterday brought us another cool section of an environment for the Micro World, but I am curious to see what other minifig-scale gifts we could receive before the end of the countdown…

…And today brings us more of that! These two sheep, dyed red and green, are adorable, and perfectly matched with the Christmas season.

The red sheep has appeared once before, in 21153 The Wool Farm, but this is the first appearance of a green one.

The printing quality could be a bit better on the red one's face, but that is not surprising. Otherwise, they look fantastic to me.

Overall - 5.0 - You can never go wrong with sheep, especially when they're as festive as these!

I was wondering if these two would be behind one door or two. I had a bit of a struggle getting the bag out!

That’s a generous offering! The do look quite cute and festive, and getting a recolor? I say 11/10!

O Christmas Sheep, O Christmas Sheep,
How lovely are your fleeces!
Not only green in summer’s heat,
But also red in this winter set.

It's clear which one of the two is better. Green sheep is all my joy, green sheep is my delight. Green sheep was my heart of gold, and who but my Lego green sheep?

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is how Christmas sweaters are made.

I feel compelled to start collecting all the colors of LEGO MC sheep the way some people collect all the colors of LEGO classic spacemen

I’m not entirely sure that’s a better rhyme. “Calendars” plural, maybe. This song writing malarkey is harder than it looks…

"You're green through all of summer's heat
YoAnd red in winter, which is neat"

That’s going to cost you approximately a hundred and twenty five dollars.
