Harry Potter Advent Calendar - Day 20

We have assembled an impressive menagerie of magical creatures over the last couple of weeks and day twenty will presumably add another to the group.

This recreation of the Monster Book of Monsters is by far my favourite creature model so far and continues their gradual improvement over the course of the Advent Calendar. The major features are translated very effectively and I think the printed eyes look great, particularly with four of them included. The teeth and medium nougat tendrils are a nice touch too.

Overall - This is a brilliant model of the Monster Book of Monsters, finally fulfilling the potential of these brick-built creatures.

Joking aside, I think it's mostly effective, although an extra layer of naugat tiles would have made it perfect. Now it looks a bit flat, even for a book!
