Ah! Put some clothes on, there are kids on this site!

Hmm... Ashley/Coraline just makes me think horror movies for some reason. Maybe it's the hair with the lifeless eyes that makes this look like a dead body floating in water.

I guess that's one of the cool things about Lego; "variations" on the same theme. :p

Or, only 43 will admit to owning this...

Who else is going to make the mistake of clicking on "Scala" only to find out that they are now on a police watchlist because the "Female Adult" Scala also come in "Female Young" varieties.

Why. Are. They. Naked!

Gravatar
By in New Zealand,

The A0 in the name, scaFemA01, must stand for Adults Only.

Gravatar

On a serious note like yeah why wasnt the picture taken of the doll with clothes???

Gravatar

So how many of you at Brickset will be sitting around a conference table tomorrow reading these responses out loud and discussing how this won't happen again? If it does I suggest a scroll warning at the top before we start moving down. Maybe some strategic photo pixelation would help, if not a clothed photo instead. I'm always surprised at some of the non-brick products LEGO has had in the past. Now my lack of LEGO trivia knowledge is showing.

Why? Are you number 44?

@TheOtherMike:
I mean, technically, there's the possibility that he will get picked. Every day. For a year straight. Starting on Halloween, and ending on...October 30th. That way you're left wondering where he is on Halloween.

Because that's a separate entry by Bricklink logic.

Actually they even came fully dressed in the set - however they needed a separate entry for the "part" I guess, though they still listed the "part" (= naked doll) as minifig too. Silly if you ask me, but who knows...

Btw, the official name of the "part" is "WOMAN WITHOUT HEAD" (Element ID 4121724).

Gravatar
By in United States,

Move along.

Nothing to see here.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

I don’t agree this can be called a minifig. This is 5-10x bigger, no typical minifig torso or legs. At least a macrofig? Or megafig? (with 76393, etc)

It's the American mindset.
Guns and ammo? Bring it on!
Nudity? Panic and hysteria breaks out.
Would be a good tactic in war actually. Once the Americans advance on your position, roll out huge banners of naked ladies and their whole advance would collapse because they would all run away screaming...

We're taught from an early age not to show too much skin except at the pool because it's rude and I'm pretty sure no one wants to see me with my shirt off. But an open carry gun is just a conversation piece.

Well, over here it's the opposite. No one cares whether you walk around topless or not, but if you're seen carrying a gun in public you better be a cop, or else you'll be arrested in no time.

Not all Americans are prudes. There's plenty of opportunity for nudity. South Florida is renown for its topless and nude beaches. There's also plenty of nude beaches in California. In Colorado, when the sun's out, buns out. We are known for even skiing topless and even nude. More likely though, many of our public hot springs are clothing optional. When I was in Germany this summer, I enjoyed visiting the Vabali Spa in Berlin. Had not a qualm. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Like Coloradoans, Berliners seem quite fit.

The only hot springs I know of are Strawberry and Pagosa but only after dark. I don't ski so I wouldn't know of anywhere you could ski topless or nude since many of them are corporate owned and I doubt they'd let that happen on their slopes.
