I'm so disappointed that I probably won't buy anything else either and just skip this thing. Heavily contemplating looking into alternatives, too.

30 minutes before midnight in Portugal and 10305 was already out of stock. Same for a few other sets. If we're sharing the same stock pile, at least allow us to access the promo at the same time. Otherwise is just stupid.

How many scalpers do you think there were? I don't know if we share the same stock as Spain or Central Europe.

There is still 10305 stock for UK so must be separate. However a lot of the cheaper PAB parts went out of stock before midnight UK where stock is shared.

Then again, there was no queue either. Seeing what else is discounted (nothing of any interest to me) it appears I'm not the only one who just goes back to sleep knowing their wallets breathe a sigh of relief.

They've adjusted it now, but until 10 minutes ago, if you used the app rather than the website, it was adding the castles GWP even on lower spends than the advertised threshold.

I finally caved in and went for 75397 as a compliment to 75396, used my stash of 14,000+ points to bring it down to a smidge over £250.00. I also disclosed the purchase to the wife and at the same time hinted I want 76271 for Christmas. No where to put either of them but that's nothing new.

For those still hunting 10305 it's available in the UK as per CCC's earlier post and has all 3 GWP's listed along with it.

Just get Blaustein, as an adult it's far superior to 10305 anyway

I'm at 20 minutes in the queue - easily the longest I've ever had to wait.

This does not give me high hopes for the launch of the Enterprise.

Edit: Despite my concerns, once I was let in, I was able to order 43222 Disney Castle without issue.

Is it just me, or are the US sales utter rubbish? Not even three full pages on the site, more than half the items are keychains or gear.

Just got home from work and decided to check; no queue but nothing good on sale either....

I'm debating buying 71411 now, or later today - it's been on backorder all week, ships in February... might try checking my local store to see if they have it still. Is that a good idea? What are the odds it sells out online within the next 12 hours?

Took two or three minutes to let me in, but did three big orders with zero issues.

My patience was rewarded on the Gotham Skyline, the Boutique Hotel, and the Jazz Club. Plus a bunch of random filler to hit the promos and an insider reward with each, got 40789-1 40786-1 and 5009806-1 but ordered zero other space stuff lol.

6471612 Tape Player is back in the rewards centre as well.

Yes, LKC sold out in less than 5 minutes. I wonder if people were able to add it to the bag before midnight and refresh the bag after the discounts were in place to see the discounted price and GWP applied. If that works then it was just a matter of refreshing the screen and proceeding to checkout rather than going through the extra step of adding the product to the bag. Everything happened so fast that maybe every single second saved in the transaction counted. I didn't try this method so I don't know if it would actually work bit I'm curious if someone did and was successful.

Sets are shipped from Belgium so maybe you have an other storehouse.

Lion Knights' Castle, Ninjago Markets etc and all GWP still available in UK.

Stayed up to midnight to get another castle, wish I hadn't bothered now ;-)

Boutique hotel at double points and 20% discount, good deal for only my third modular. Hopefully next year I can snatch up the museum. Selling off the GWP to further increase the good deal.

UK comes from the same warehouse as BeNeLux I believe, so surprised so much already sold out for UK whereas I can see it plenty available.

In the land of the brick only set in backorder is Gringotts. Site is working like a charm. I bagged ninjago and the 3 GWPs. I guess there are benefits of being a small country :)

Grabbed a River Steamboat. Been wanting this set since its release, but price has held me back. But at 20% off, plus rewards discounts and 2 GWP, it was time.

No $5 discount coupons like last year? or this is only on black friday? I don't remember.

Jazz Club also sold out in US, and they weren't even offering that great a deal. Prices on Bricklink are already at RRP plus shipping.

Luckily, there were still a couple ebay offers for $180 shipping included.

Glad to also grab the Ninjago Markets at a great deal.

LKC, Ninjago City Markets, Gotham City and Disney Castle are out of stock now in The Netherlands (distributed from Geel in Belgium). Hogwarts Express was out of stock around 3/4 a.m. but i see it's back to order.

Orderded Ninjago and Gotham and some retiring PaB on nightshift. Went smooth after a small waiting time.

Have to say, its been a massive anti-climax for me. I am lucky enough to own the larger sets that are discounted that I would be interested in already, but was hoping to pick up a bunch of the retiring sets with money off. And literally one set has a discount. Hopefully this means they will be reduced next week. Appreciate that anyone who has held out for some of those bigger sets is quids in, but bit of a damp squib for me.

I did this with 43222 Disney Castle.

It had been sitting in my cart for a couple weeks as I was debating about ordering it. Once the queue let me in, my cart showed 43222 at its discounted price and the promotional sets had been added as well."

Sorry my guy, we did get %20 off 10305. Managed to pick it up at 1.10AM this morning - wasn't displaying by 1.30AM.

I got in right when the queue opened. Order Ninjago Markets. It’s now “sold out”. I think LKC took the focus of everyone first. Now I have the second email confirmation. So, I’m very happy I waited this long to expand my Ninjago City. Plus 3 GWPs is also nice.

Compared to last year though, I think sets all sold out a lot faster. Am I wrong?

Ordered 77237 for me and 21275 as a Christmas present for my youngest nephew, and added 5009806 to the order.

Wasn't bothering to stay awake for Jazz Club, and it's gone, oh well. Tudor is coming instead along with a bit of PAB to hit the castle threshold.

I picked up a couple of insider discounted sets 10318, 75354 and 40819 which more than met the threshold for the hot chocolate stand and the castles. I was going to nab the Retro Space Explorer with my insider points, but saw they were offering a Retro Accessory pack of hats and retro keyrings so I grabbed that instead. It contains 5007090, 5007093, 5007091, 5007092, 5007089, 5008652, and 5007998. It seemed like a pretty good deal for 2500 points!

I've found that the best is to preload your cart the day before and when you log in just go straight to your cart. Works every time for me.

So sad I missed Gringotts

I am now very sad as well. I thought this set was retiring in June 2026. I managed to get 71799. Was not even looking for Gringotts since I thought I had a few more months.

I dunno how, but I did not run into one waiting room or issue checking out or paying for my items.. Its weird, that has to be the first time ever I have been able to get my orders in and all promos appeared in my cart.
The only thing I may be missing are the double points for a couple of sets, will need to monitor that.
Completely forgot about the Lion's Knights Castle though as I got blinded by the Jazz club discount
