Seemed to be available to add to basket a few minutes before 00:00 on iPhone when my wife tried to order but only the shuttle GWP was included. Luckily everything was still available and added correctly when I did it a few minutes later on my iPad…

I also found it available a minute or so early. When I checked out it was under a minute past with all GWPs added.

Done , small delay between basket and checkout had a minor swearing moment, Enterprise appeared at 1158 but gwps added after midnight.

In a queue… anyone know how long I will be waiting?

I just spent 10 minutes in the waiting room despite it being five hours things launch in the U.S.

Anyone else having trouble with the 1000 points for 200 code? I get an error message when I enter the code I just received...

I got there, then changed page, and got booted out again. Ridiculous.

Confirmation Email says thanks for shopping we will confirm your order soon, that sounds ominously less than certain could do with knowing If I have to make a dash to a brick and mortar in the morning if it goes sideways.

If you are having issues with the insiders code, you don't enter it on the checkout page. That would be too sensible.
Instead there is a special page on the insiders site to enter it. It then adds the points to your account

Did anyone try yet to redeem 1000 Insiders Points for 200 points? I did and received a redeem code, but when I copied that code in the appropriate field on the Insiders home page and entered, the site states 'this code is not available'... So I tried again by typing -and double checking- it. Still doesn't work?!
However, they were quick enough to deduct 200 points from my balance to get the redeem code in the first place. Charming, LEGO Group, way to go!

Same here. Also, the email that is supposed to include the code is blank, it only apperared in the popup.

For me the code did not work in the dedicated black friday landing page as well, same error message. But it worked fine on the general 'redeem code' page in your account screen (section 'Activities')

When code comes up on next screen click on the text that says here and it will take you to another screen, why so convoluted

Funny, in the email on my phone it includes the (still non-functional) code, but in Outlook on my computer my LEGO Insiders emails always seem 'compressed' so it doesn't show the full message text and so codes are never visible (but that may be an issue on my part since I'm using an older version of Outlook.)

Thank you for the tip! That *DID* work! So I guess the initial link from the Rewards Center (to the Insiders home page) is somehow corrupt/ invalid, but indeed, it worked -for me at least- on the Insiders Activities page. Thanks again @bRicks2017

I'm in the USA, and happy to hear there aren't any crazy early reports of the Star Trek Enterprise or exclusive GWP selling out yet.

Must say, other than it being one hour late, everything seems to have worked. Set ordered, three GWPs added, promo code successfully redeemed, so 800 more points on the account than before. Plus I ordered the Goofy keychain I had my eyes on for some time now for 50% off. Hope everything arrives in good condition.

Not bad. Waited in the queue for less than 10 mins! Used up nearly all my saved up points for this but got it for nowt! Always a good feeling when you can do that.
Cannot wait to build it now!

On backorder here. ‘Will ship in 60 days’. Went to my local store this morning. First time I’ve ever seen a queue at the door.
