Today's random minifigure is cty0013 Police - City Suit with Blue Tie and Badge, Black Legs, White Helmet, Trans-Brown Visor, Scowl, a Town figure that was first produced during 2005. It can be found in 2 sets.
Our members collectively own a total of 9,448 of them. If you'd like to buy one you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $2.70.

Technically, he only came in one set...
Seems awfully dressed up for a motorcycle cop…
Still haunted by the day he lost his partner because the guy just wouldn't put down the flashlight and pick up a gun.

I've said it before, my primary exposure to law enforcement as a child being early Lego City led me to believe that all cops wore suits. It also meant I never understood the "boys in blue" thing.
I own a surprisingly large amount of that torso piece.

I much prefer these older lego city police uniforms. Wish they'd bring them back.
With hair he could have been the commissioner. Nice Suit.
