Today's random minifigure is jw026 Gunnar Eversol, a Jurassic World figure that came in one set, 75930 Indoraptor Rampage at Lockwood Estate, released during 2018.
Our members collectively own a total of 4,086 of them. If you'd like to buy one you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $5.00.

That name sounds more like a Star Wars character than a Jurassic World character to me.

Could've sworn this minifigure came from set 21054. Maybe with a subtle colour-switch between the hair and the skin.

Two for Tuesday! I also have this figure and the set it came in... I actually used the house as a starting point for my mad scientist mansion MOC.

Agreed on the shaping. Did you stick to the existing colour-scheme, though?

I changed the roof to dark bluish gray parts to be cheaper for my expanded version, but otherwise it's the same colors.
