Wonder what's so "big" about her.

It's pretty clear what part of her is big, but, uh, this is a family-friendly site...

Crazy that Lego gave her that name. Not something you'd expect from them.

Well, she does look to have a double chin…

There are definitely some NSFW answers that her name suggests, but the one answer that seems most likely is her “betty”, which is a short bar used to force doors open. Kind of like a slim jim, but for houses instead of cars. Although, if your short bar is big, is it really a short bar?

Probably not too many criminal minifigs-as-defined-by-Bricklink that have ice skates.

Depends on how loosely you define "criminal". If you mean minifigs wearing prison stripes, then no. Most of the sets they come in seem to be Advent Calendars or sets that use the skates in unconventional manners. Probably the closest by appearances is Raze, in 60352, but she's really just a stunt rider, and appears to have legitimate sponsorships.

Surprised she doesn't have that obnoxious leer they seem to throw on almost every female criminal. I do appreciate how unique her character design is. Or at least less common, I don't have the attention span to compare all of the Lego criminal figures.

It's Archer's Pam Poovey, and she is going to destroy you.
