Huwbot isn't based in the US so I don't think he knew it was on.

This is the ideal 40. You might not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like.

Ah yes, because soccer players are known for wearing pants, not shorts, when playing.

Shorts creates a huge problem, because then you need to have enough to go with all the heads. And that means you need both blue and red uniforms to match each skintone.

Looks like a bootleg Starfleet uniform.

Yeah the long sleeves/trouser legs and the glasses really screams “doctor in scrubs” more than “football player about to game”

Hence why this was probably the worst imaginable set to go with fleshies. Either using the traditional yellow heads (or using monofigs like most football tables do) would have completely prevented the issue.

Now they included 22 figs and a lot of extra pieces, none of which look like a football player. All wasted effort....

By in United Kingdom,

I've not played table football for years but the ones I remember had molded figures in a single colour. So really, the legs are fine and the head, hands and hair should have been blue and all print removed.

Plus I don't think these are meant to be long trousers. They are blue shorts, black boots, and blue socks with a black band at the top, pulled right up to the knees.

Terrible set but not as bad as that half football pitch set.

They're footie pajamas.

It looks like 43019 is the only set tagged "soccer" that isn't also tagged "association football." I would say the two are redundant, but I guess it saves any arguing over which one to go with.

Don't they always play in pyjamas?

Also super bowl?
I had a super bowl two weeks ago. Poke bowl. It was delicious.
Plus I had a bowl of Müsli this morning. I thought it was super too.

All the more reason they should have stuck with traditional yellow. Voila, problem solved.
