This torso makes me think of old custom Sandman minifigures.

I thought Sandman wore all black. Or a trenchcoat and gas mask.
Cool, I own the set he appears in. I thought I recognized this football (soccer) fan.
His fave snack at the stadium is processed food wafers. And yes, his name is Soylent Green, people.
Luigi?

I don't know what the Sandman wears, but I know that you should sleep with one eye open...

He’s probably been all sorts of cool places, like the Atoll from Waterworld, or the train from Snowpiercer. Anywhere that people get a might peckish, but not so far as to resort to outright cannibalism like that one episode of South Park. Or that other episode of South Park.
Ain’t no goblin. I’d argue it’s the red guy in cameo. As to why… that’s anyone’s guess at this point.
Very generic colouring that gives no clue to his allegiance so I can’t be any more specific than
GOOOOOO SPORTS TEAM!
It's not easy...bein' green...
Also, he's a precursor to/for "Truck": 60316 Police Station (criminal in green):)
I recognized him the minute I saw him. Great figure from a great support set. Oldschool rulez...
Celtic fan I assume?
"I went green before it was cool!"
"My guy, 'going green' became cool -in spite- of you."

We had this guy and that is what my father or my brother identified him as, so I always assumed that too.

Boston, you mean? Hard to say. Unless they speak, it’s impossible to know if they don’t even know how to properly pronounce their own team’s name.

Don't wear this shirt in the wrong part of town...

Do Glaswegians know how to pronounce “Celtic” properly?

It's Scotland.....probably depends on how much Scotch they had ;-)

Well, that’s better odds than in Boston.
