One of these things again? I’m half surprised the last one isn’t still on the latest articles list.

This guy showed up just to get people angry and arguing about its minifigureness. And it did so on purpose too, judging from that face.

If you're referring to what I think you're referring to, that was a great episode.

Well, except this isn't the "random minifig of the day", it's the "random FIGURE of the day".

Nah, it's angry because no-one bothered to read the article or its headline. RFotD replaced RMotD almost two months ago (Jan 18 2026 was the first RFotD).

And again: No Golden-Age GL (Alan Scott), No Big Barda, No Red Tornado, of either kind (yes, I'd settle for Ma Huckel at this point), NO SATURN GIRL...TLG, YA' GAVE US 2/3rds THE LoSH 'CORE COMMAND', AND...NOTHING...BUT THIS "THING"...:|

That is evil on another level. Definitely explains it then.

Wait........they secretly changed that!

This was our last "minifig" of the day: https://brickset.com/article/129246/random-minifig-of-the-day-drm081
And then came Voldemort to change it all: https://brickset.com/article/129282/random-figure-of-the-day-hp373

If that isn't some dark wizardry I don't know what is....

Dog's the one that's shooting yellow, though.

Big Barda doesn't feel like much of a loss considering only three New Gods characters have ever appeared in LEGO sets, and one of those was only because he was the main villain in the Justice League film. And I don't have any particular attachment to Red Tornado, because I really only know the second version from a few TV appearances. Alan Scott does seem like a huge miss, especially since they've already produced Jay Garrick as a CMF. But I do remember one time when someone was lamenting the lack of Saturn Girl, and I pointed out that they were still producing minifigs for SDCC.

At this point, I highly doubt we'll see her in minifig form. They ended the SDCC promotion, only two Target cubes were ever released (the other one providing us with the only Superboy minifig to team up with the LoS), and the DC Superheroes animated film series went away with their relationship with WB. Those would seem the two most likely avenues for her release. And Saturn Boy came out ten years ago, with Lightning Lad being one year older than that. Especially with the theme being so hyperfocused on Batman these days, it seems unlikely that they'd bother to round out the trio this late in the game. Or if they do, I'd expect them to update the two (three?) guys.

By in United States,

I never watched the show of this or anything but I loved these little villain guys, such clever, colorful, and uniquely "Lego" little bad guys to collect.
