Random figure of the day: dis017

I was thinking that I had this one, but then noticed the words "Disney, Series 1" and realized that I was thinking of another figure, as I only have a few from that series, and the only villainess I have from it is 71012-6. Turns out, I was thinking of 71024-13.

I have this one. I only bought one Disney series 1 figure when it first came out and this was what I got. Since then I also bought Buzz Lightyear, but I still really want Aladdin.

I made sure to get Stitch, Mr. Incredible, and Syndrome. I also got Maleficent and Ariel. But I wish I'd also gotten Aladdin and Genie, as well as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Peter Pan, and Captain Hook. I didn't feel the need to get Buzz or the Alien, since I already have all the original Toy Story sets except for the polybags, as well as some of the other Toy Story sets they've released since then.

The Ursula base, and the Maleficent headdress, pair quite nicely with a good Jawa head. They'd probably work just as well with a Venom head.

From that wave, I got multiples of the four Pixar characters, a few Ursulas and Maleficents to raid for parts, a few Stitches, and...maybe a Cheshire Cat and Genie.

She absolutely did not uphold the spirit of the deal, though.

I have several of that series. Mickey, Minnie, Daisy, Peter Pan, Syndrome, Alien and Ursula.
I thought I had Stitch as well, but might have mistaken that for a different version.

I never cared about Disney animated films, but I do like mermaids, undersea creatures and monsters, so I have this.

I never noticed that they were backwards until you said that! How odd that error slipped through over at Bricklink...

Since voice is a crucial element of her characterization, here's a useless, yet funny fact about the French dubbed version of the cartoon: Ursula was voiced by Micheline Dax, who had previously lent her voice to… Miss Piggy!

Naked Stitch was the first. The other CMF had the red spacesuit with four arms. And the beach house and upcoming set made him too dark a shade of blue. That should be the only four instances, of which one isn’t even released yet.

Yes but the leg and arm prints on this buzz are ELITE
