Alright, when I first got this guy, I was not expecting much. He was a cheap, small addition so I could get a snake figure without having to buy one of the bigger sets. Having said that, it grew on me really quick. It doesn't look like much, but it works well for a lil' guy.
Pros:
Snake? Snake! Easy way to get him if you don't have him.
The minifig has good details, even on the pants (plus his helmet is sweet).
Small set. It's easy to find a place for and fits in to most space scenes.
It has a weapon. Sure, it's attached, but it can stand alone as a neat space rifle.
Swooshable, an important quality in space sets.
Can simulate "spinout" by holding flame and spinning him. It's probably bad for the flame, but it looks cool once you get the momentum right.
Folds up. Kind of. It was neat for me anyway, take it as you will.
Cons:
No visor (but extras come in a lot of other Space Police III sets).
Poor balance. This can be remedied since it comes with another robot arm that can be added below the gun as a prop for landing. I thought it also looked cool.
It isn't some epic legend, but it's really neat for a low cost. My suggestion, go ahead and enjoy it.
