It's neither assaulting a tiger nor an assault tiger.

Making all that racket, it’s going to have a hard time even finding a tiger, but when it does, look out!

Exo-Force walked so Ninjago could run.

Assault Tiger? No thank you, I refuse. I'd prefer to keep my organs inside my body.

Always lovely to see Exo-Force as the random set of the day! I only managed to pick this up a couple of years ago, but I love the personality that just drips from this set. It certainly has quite the recognizable silhouette! As far as the later waves of the theme go, I feel this set was one of the closest to recapturing the magic of the original releases. It's bold, tough, and fun. And I love the minibot gimmick!

I hated that Exo-Force ended on what appeared to be a whimper. I liked some of the designs like this one. But others, like Dark Panther, didn’t work so well.

You can tell because there were literally palettes of sets that LEGO could barely give away at conventions.

Alas that there’s probably no chance of an official crossover.

I found literally half of this set in a bulk lot. Does anyone else also have half of an Assault Tiger for sale?

Exo-force was the best.

Exo-Force was a great theme. I'm still very much into Mech Anime, so loved this theme. 7707 was insane...

Chuma's part of the Ninjago multiverse, and 60421 is a big ol' Exo-Force homage, so there's hope!

I still kick myself for not getting any more Exo-Force sets than 8107.

I found most of Exo-Force’s final wave to be throughly underwhelming, but this one with its simple but effective chunky design I thought fit in pretty well with the much better first wave. If only they’d found a way to better incorporate the mini-robot all that year’s sets seemed obliged to come with, it looks so awkward just perched on the gun like that

By in Singapore,

I always did love Exo-Force as a kid. I was really into anime and mechs. While Lego Ninjago scratches that itch, part of me hopes that one day Lego will bring back a fully mech-focused theme and toyline. Seeing how many AFOLS out there build pilotable mechs, Lego can really do something for the kids out there that want something like that but can't imagine or design one for themselves.

The box art makes it look like it could be Keetorange, but alas, it's just regular yellow.

This is a great one. It's so chunky and the cockpit is even (mostly) enclosed! Takeshi sits in there, which is kind of deluxe for an Exo-Force mech. There's even a chair!
This is one of those mechs I would one day want to get long after the fact.

By in Poland,

I remember it was one of my favourite Exo mechs.

By in Jordan,

I remember really wanting this one as a kid, but I never got it. I did get 8111 and 8112 from the same wave however.
